New Pricing Structure and Policy
Effective Dec 20th 2010
To support improvements, maximize review quality, and serve your needs day in and day out, we are introducing a few changes in our subscription program that have been created in collaboration with many of our Merchant Member customers. We no longer offer a "Free Starter" package , and we are now basing our subscription tiers on company size, in terms of website traffic (calculated using a variety of sources), instead of based on the self-reported number of employees.
Throughout all the positive improvements to our site, and the enormous lift in influence brought about by our Google/Bing syndication, and substantial increases in traffic and reviews volume, our Merchant Member subscription pricing and tiers have remained unchanged over the past 2 years.
This tier shift will not go into effect until January 2011, so if you are currently set to be billed during December 2010, December's rate will still be the old rate. These rates continue to be extremely competitive with other services, such as Bazaarvoice (product reviews), Yelp (local), and various PPC based shopping engines. If you do not wish to continue month-to-month at the new rate, you may opt to discontinue your Merchant Member subscription services by 12/31/2010.
