“If I could give this store no stars, I would. Customer service is the worst I have ever had! Never received a receipt for my order. Could hardly understand the woman I was trying to place the order with. Called back 4 times to request a receipt for my records, NEVER received one.. As if there could be more, several days after I place this order, received a "Fraud Alert" from my bank!! Someone had used my credit card info to try & purchase $1495.00 of product from a company I had never hear...” read more »

“Avoid this company and do not use - bought a paternity test kit,

send it off to be tested - it was "lost in the post"
sent me another one - sent it off registered post - even though signed for at the correct address it was never received ....

“People with negative comments usually begin with negative attitudes. You have to remember these customer service folks are normal people like you and I. For goodness gracious, be courteous and greet them and thank them for their time and taking your questions/emails and you will see just how kind and generous they are and how far they go out of their zone to help you.

“Despite the bad reviews, we took a chance on Willygoat. The price was much cheaper for the Gorilla Treasure Trove and most importantly for us, they supposedly could deliver immediately whereas other sites had anywhere from a 5-7 or 7-12 week delay. I recommend that you PICK UP THE PHONE and talk to them before you place your order! Develop a relationship! Our set was delivered within a week (and we are in the country) and except for a couple of scratches on the slide which were easily smooth...” read more »

“I asked to change my tyre order from 700c 25 to 700c 23 only minutes after placing the order. I was told that the order was shipped and that was at 10.55 PM, kind of hard to believe that.
There is a moral to this story. Buy locally, the saving of a few dollars is simply not worth the headache.

“Worst customer service ever! The chairs that got delivered are different from the ones that I ordered and I have the invoice to prove it. I contacted customer service to get this resolved, but they've refused to take the wrong chairs back and send me the right ones. Without the chairs, how can I open my business?!” read more »
