“Ordered then on January 12th, and received them today; January 19th! Shipping included, it was still Cheaper than I was paying at my optometrists office. The boxes were sealed, so they didn't appear to be tampered with. Put them in, and they feel just as they always have. Same brand, same prescription, just without all that hassle! Great Customer Service

“I initially purchased from this supplier back in November after a storm brought down a few of my APs on a direct hit. My usual supplier was backordered 2 months out but of course my customers weren't willing to wait that long for service to come back up. Found these guys on one of the forums ordered and my gear was here in 2 days! Had a need to replace an old router last week but the one I was replacing was outdated. Better than Dell

“I ordered a palm rest for my son's laptop that cracked. they had the right part and shipped it quickly. when i was replacing the part i saw i also had to replace the monitor. found a refurb on their site and ordered that. it was shipped quickly too. doing it myself turned out to be much cheaper then sending it to dell. when i tired to order the parts from dell i got the run around and the person at dell who finally found the the palmrest sent me pics and a part number of the wrong one. t...” read more »

“Went through my trash for a code and then NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE denied me. Unreal!!!!!!!”

“Wow - don't expect Tiny Prints to do anything nice to make up for the last item they got wrong. I received an APOLOGY DISCOUNT. Told I needed it in hand - SO I WENT OUT TO MY FILTHY TRASH CAN AND FOUND IT. Then the "escalation manager" went into more repetitive mode telling me "unfortunately" (my least favorite word) we cannot honor it. This is after she tells me they could if I had it in hand! Thus, the trash search.

Perfect throne for a queen!!

“I purchased a vanity stool to replace one I had that used to belong to my Mom. She bought her's in the late 70s, so needless to say, it was outdated!! The purchased stool arrived quickly, and with clear instructions. The fact that the tools necessary to put it together were included was the icing on the cake. Why waste time with phone company

“I spent hours on the phone with ATT trying to get them to unlock my device. They finally just refused to do it, saying the device was no longer supported, even though they continue to sell it. That's when I turned to Cellcorner. My experience was excellent: their program and instructions were clear and easy to follow and I had my device unlocked in a couple of minutes. In future I won't waste my time with the phone carrier when I want to unlock a device.

Can't be trusted!

“Ordered a costume for my daughter for Xmas. When she opened it, it was missing vital pieces to the dragon wings. Pretty obvious it was faulty just by looking at it, and can't believe they would even send something like this.
When I called them, representative was pleasant, but said it needed to go to a supervisor, who would contact me within 2 days. Been 3 weeks with no response.

“I was hesitant to buy from BizChair after reading tons of bad stuff about the company. But the couch and loveseat I wanted were in stock there, and for a great price, so I went for it. They were delivered on time, and were beautifully packaged. Each was first wrapped in a foam-like plastic sheeting, then wrapped in heavy clear plastic sheeting, then double-boxed in cardboard, and strapped to a pallet. Completely unhappy

“Short version... bought $50 Visa gift card, got charged twice, got reimbursed once, showed proof , got the run around, finally gave up even though I'm not some punk who just wants free money I am right! Ordered a adjustable bed and mattress online. Shipped to same Walmart. Went to pick up and they told us there was only 1 package, we told them there should be 2.
