“These guys are just crooks. Ordered items mid Sept (. Did not receive anything a month later. Was never notified of any issues. Called to see what the problem is. They couldn't get it delivered and had their item back but never refunded me. Thanks, you got your product back and my money? Lady that answered my call had to have another lady process my refund but I only got $6.48 refunded out of $16.43 that I spent!! They could not refund shipping and coupon. “The package as never delivered even though the USPS had marked it as delivered. This is not Rockabilia's fault but when I put an inquiry in they were completely unhelpful, refused to do anything about the issue or do a refund. I went back and forth with them for a couple weeks before realizing that I had placed the order through Amazon so all I had to do was use their guaranteed A to Z service and within a day they had issued a refund. Rockabilia didn't even bother to give me that option.” read more »
