Simply reliable

“Banggood is my first choice when it comes to shopping on-line in China. After several transactions there is nothing to complain about. Only once anitem was damaged on arrival - they replaced it with no problems at all. I seek no more - this is my place for spending money :)” read more »

Worse than horrible!

“I brought my iPhone in to be repaired. It had a cracked screen. It took forever to be checked in and get a time to pick up. I even made an appointment online. They told me it would be ready in two hours. We went back to pick it up. I sent my son in to get it and pay. We were halfway home when he noticed the silence/ringer button was loose and would not stay in place. It was broken. I was furious. We left and were already twenty minutes away. They should not be running an online business

“I ordered on 7-13 an item. The site states that most items ship out the next day and some items require 2-3 business days. I contacted them via their online support. Michelle, the rep immediately started to argue that the items require 4-5 business days to ship. I pointed out that their site states 1-2 days. She stated that I would receive a tracking number in the next 24 hours. I explained that I am 90 miles away from where they ship it and if it went out today, I'd see the item in time....” read more »
