“I enjoy browsing in there showroom. Their website is easy to use. I purchased the replica Eames lounge chair from them and I have been enjoying it ever since. They had it delivered to my apartment and the delivery driver was friendly. The chair took a few weeks to "break in" but it is now really comfortable. The leather is a good high quality leather.”

“I like Blair woman's clothing and use their online site quite often. On this occasion I was returning something and noticed on the invoice a section that said "SHIPPING REBATE Call 1-800-410-1593 to get a FREE SHIPPING rebate on this order!. Exact words. So, I wanted the shipping rebate and called.
What you get is an operator that doesn't speak/understand English very well who will then go into a speech about wanting you to sign up to Free Shipping Rebates.com for a trial period ...”

“I've ordered from them online as East Coast LCD's and every time I've come away highly satisfied. They're usually a good $10-$15 cheaper (w/ shipping) than their competitors and screens usually come in in less than 3-4 business days. Couldn't be happier with the quality and customer service. They've got a loyal customer from now on.

“I just started using this company and they were great. Had freinds order from them... But my last 2 order i place the customer service was very POOR!!!! They were very slow to refund my money and Dustin never reply back to my e-mails! Had to contact my credit card company to get my money... Better companys out there to do business with...”

“I rented a book from them because it was cheaper then renting it somewhere else. the first problem i had was that they said it would be in a book form, which it was not it was in a binder book form. the second problem i had was that when i returned the book fedex said it was delivered, but in my account with them it said i was still renting the book, so i contacted them and the live chat there i found out that things were missing from the book and they wouldnt take it as a return. on top of that...”

“Ordered wheel bearings and paid extra for Xpresspost.
Sent Expedited Parcel, arrived 5 days later than promised.
Promised to refund shipping but didn't. Not even the courtesy of an email reply to my follow up to tell me I was out of luck on seeing a dime of it back.

The product quality (Timikin) is excellent.

Their service is too slow if you need your car back on the road in a reasonable time.

Given the experience with getting the extra shipping costs back I can only imagine the hassle,...”

“Their phony website guarantees a no-questions-asked return policy.
They sent the wrong book. After 4 emails back and forth with Customer Care Mike, it turns out the onus is on me - because:
“So sorry, we stock by ISBN number, and we sent you the correct ISBN number. That's what you ordered, too bad,” says Mike, putting the blame on me.
So I pointed out that I ordered a book TITLE not an ISBN number! And the title they sent was wrong!
And I pointed out the ad on their websit...”
