“We did reply to the ticket we received from you, the seller was contact on your behalf and from the messages we saw between you and the seller the issue was resolved. We asked you to let us know if you did not get a response from the seller and you didn't so we concluded everything had been resolved. We are sorry you did not have a good experience.”

“I was truly hesitant to purchase from Ice.com. I always search for company reviews before considering purchasing from them, and their reviews were not so good. I decided to give them a shot this holiday season. Their customer service was superb. I mean usually it is a mess for companies during the holidays, but they were so nice and the communication was great. I would recommend them.”

“RECEIVED A COSMETIC DEFECTIVE KITCHENAID MIXER. THE PAINTED SURFACE HAD BLACK IMPERFECTIONS ON THE MIXER HEAD. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SPOKE TO BRETT. EXTREMELY EFFICIENT AND CORDIAL WITH MY COMPLAINT. DID NOT PRESENT ANY OBSTACLES TO A SOLUTION FOR REPLACEMENT AND VERY PROFESSONAL APPROACH. “Lacking in communication, lacking in customer follow - through. I ordered two products with a quantity of three each. One item indicated "in stock" and the other was marked as "usually in stock." One week after placing the order, the status still indicated "Preparing for shipment." I contacted customer support and was advised that they were waiting for the back-ordered items before shipping anything. “Signed up for their free trial, and didn't provide a CC # at the time. Without notification or request for payment, account was cancelled, faxes undelivered, number reassigned to another. Only found out after I couldn't log in, and I contacted support. Online chat support was extremely patronizing

“Ordered Dec 12. 2014 and still have not received the bulb. Spoke to him a few times over the 6 week period and he kept making excuses and kept guarantying the bulb would ship in a few days. After being fed up I tried to cancel the order. The seller required an email to cancel the order which I sent Jan 21st, 2015. I received no reply or refund... “I placed an order at paper mart for 50 plain white boxes on January 16,2015. On January 24,2015 . I received 50 plain gold boxes . I understand that mistakes occur, however the customer services in resolving this mistake was poor . I resolved to return the wrong boxes and purchase the correct boxes locally. I will not use this company again. ”
