“Dot and Bo has become my favorite new store after my last experience with them. I ordered a huge dining room table that looks incredible in my new home - and when I was worried about measurements and materials they answered each one of my questions quickly (and there were A LOT). When the table was going to be a week late, they let me know immediately and offered me extra help with the table for free. Totally fine by me! ”

“Thanks for the help, the support staff was great, they answered all my questions and fixed the problems. I did not want to spend any money to fix the problems but I did . My suggestion is start with $29.95 and stop at $ 29.95, if they want it they will get it. The time ( on both sides ) negotiating a Price was a waste of Time and Money. It's easier to get a lot of little Fish than a few big ones. AKA one of the Best Movies " The Old Man and the SEA " was a lesson I learned as a kid.

“Purchased AX800 4x tv ($3500) direct from panasonic - took two weeks to get. Then sound went out after 2 hrs of operation. Spent 3 hours on the phone the next morning arguing with them. Their answer (finally): I will be contacted in 5 to 7 days to arrange a pick up date (3-5 days from call) for the TV. It will ship back (3-5 days) and be processed (3-5 days). Then I will receive a second call from the carrier within 5-7 days for the replacement to be delivered in 3-5 days. That's 34 busines...”

“Great products, but horrible customer service. I was told the order would take longer when I purchased in May, but it ended not shipping until the end of July. I tried contacting customer service by phone, and never got a straight answer. Several of my emails to customer service went unanswered. My order was finally shipped but no explanation for the delay was given. Will not buy from them again.”

“Bought a new drive shaft for my Volvo XC90. Great customer service, answered all my questions and very good price. Part was delivered fast and my Volvo is back on the road with no problem. Will use you guys again and tell all my friends. Thanks again.”

“Do not use these crooks! They advertise all over their website, and again on the invoice, that they offer a 1 year warranty. I bought a laptop battery from them, which conked out after 9 months. When I contacted them, they replied that it is only a 6 month warranty. I have sent them email after email since then, and haven't got a reply since the first one - disgusting service, false advertising and in my view fraudulent - DON'T TOUCH THEM.”

“I have never bought aftermarket items before. I tried Cipher seats and they are in my Mustang now. I really enjoy my new racing car seats. I think the quality is worth the price for me. Love it! Will surely recommend Cipher Auto to my friends!”

“I needed to order 6 stools for our school on a time line and had a great customer service experience with Totally Furniture. I received my order when I was suppose to and was updated periodically. Product was intact and had no issues when I called and asked questions. They went over and beyond! Very happy with them and would recommend using them.”

“Ordered my 2nd lot of drives in past month for my MD Array. Perfect transaction w/ brand new Dell drives that my PERC recognizes. Yobitech's customer service and delivery saved me after problem orders w/ other vendors. Would buy again!”

“Made 2 purchases over $150. They claimed the items were shipped by "air" with tracking numbers.
Nearly 2 months later I've still not received my orders and they refuse to issue refunds!
I filed complaints on BBB website...
Just found out that HK has already had bad reputations!
I learned my lessons the hard way and will never order from them again!”
