“I have dealt with PSA for quite a few years. The products they've sent out have always been accurate and well packaged. However... WHEN you have to deal with their customer service, like I have several times, get ready for a nightmare... You call to get placed on hold for 10 minutes anywhere up to a few hours. Then they don't fully resolve your issue on the first call, so calling back you get the same experience. Email is just as bad, the last time they sent me a bent charging handle for my AR-1...”

“On my first order, I had an issue with one of the products seeming to be spoiled. I read these reviews and got quite worried that I was going to be stuck with it. I emailed them and was told that they would do a quality inspection of the retention lots of the item I ordered and would let me know what they found out. I emailed them back and told them that was fine but that no matter what they find in their investigation, that I still rec'd a bad item and that it should be replaced regardless....”

“DO NOT EVER EVER EVER PURCHASE AN ITEM FROM PANASONIC'S WEBSITE!!

All I ordered was a 100 dollar Blu-ray player.

The player was shipped in its actual product box - NOT a shipping box - it was all damaged and box was even opened. Sure enough the DVD tray would not open. After several calls to tech support so they could try to fix it over the phone - which they could not do. They finally said to return the product.

“Ordered 100lbs of ice melt pellets that I couldn't find locally. The online price was great. The sales receipt looked kind of plain for what I'm used to from ordering online, and after reading some of the negative reviews I started to get concerned. I sent a quick email to the customer service address and received a response within a couple hours. My packages shipped later that day and I received them two days later. Exactly what I ordered and on time.”
