“The Build.com representatives were friendly and helpful and had all the information I needed. The delivery happened on time and they were able to order everything on the phone for me using my reward credits from other purchases. “I ordered a Nikon D750 body from B&H and received it the next day as promised with free shipping. B&H is an authorized Nikon dealer so the pricing is generally not heavily discounted. HOWEVER, you get a product with a warranty and in the case of Nikon that will be serviced by the manufacturer. “I was all set to put a very negative review on this site. However, the customer service folks at Zulily have gone above and beyond to fix my issues, giving me back my money, NOT A CREDIT, for an item that arrived broken to my home without requiring me to ship it back. Also, they refunded me money for a gift that didn't arrive until after Christmas but did arrive. I can't really say anything bad about Zulily. It was spot-on for me. “Thank you KARMALOOP for taking 17 days to deliver a measley bracelet that I was expecting to give as part as a christmas gift!!! I ordered 3 items on 12/10/14, I received 1 sweatshirt on time, the other sweatshirt I received 12/23/14 and the bracelet I just received today on 12/27/14. So silly I would not go out of my way to even right this review had I not been told by customer service when I called in the week before christmas that I would receive all items before Christmas. ”

“The Walk Mart in West Ashley Charleston, SC is a major dump. We will never shop at that spectacle again. Aside from never having enough checkout lines open their less than intelligent associate today decided to tell the person in front of us to come to his new open lane. “Horrible service!!! I placed an order December 24th for a gift, used my credit card, and received verification. Had the gift directly shipped to the recipient. On December 27th received a call stating they wanted to verify my order. After answering a tone of personal questions, including "what is my relationship with the recipient, and being on hold for 5 minutes, they proceeded to ask for the 800 number on my credit card and all information to access my account!! “I rec'd my Prestige Cosmetics Liquid Glitter Precision Eyeliner (Luna) today (ordered through Amazon.com) and the product was anything but liquid....it was dry as the Sahara desert!!

I'm sending it back to get a "liquid" eyeliner, if another "dry" eyeliner is rec'd, I will never order any products from Beauty Encounter, Inc. again.....they need to check their inventory shelf life for their products!”
