“The service from pc specialist was very good. I picked my components, chose everything I want and the order went through immediately. I was sceptical at first but when I checked on my order it showed all the processes my pc was going through which made me feel it was really happening. I've called . . . repeatedly . . . for days now. All I get is hours of mind-numbing muzak with absolutely NO idea of what is going on or whether anyone might be planning to come on the phone EVER . . . or WAZZZZUP!
But here's something to do while you're waiting: read all those glowing tributes on their website about their great customer service. At least you'll get a chuckle.

“I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering with Comet. I did get most my supplies unfortunately I was shorted some. They will not respond to any emails. I took this order in the shorts but it won't happen again. Stay away from this company, they are dishonest.”

“Took a chance even after reading some poor reviews here since their site seemed to show they were knowledgeable with ink refills. Ordered a ink refill kit and it shipped quickly, but what I received was not was I ordered. I've emailed them and called repeatedly (during their crazy office hours) to try and resolve this and can't get a hold of anyone! Now having to deal with the headache of trying to get a full refund. Poor quality control from some one-man operation shop. No excuse for this...”
