Going downhill

“I have been ordering from them for years...when i was just a groomer starting out, and now that i have my own shop. The past year i have seen a serious decline in products. Things that we loved are no longer available, or out of stock. I recently tried to order 2 new grooming arms for my tables. On their website it says free shipping over $150. Yet they wanted to charge $80 in shipping. I found the arms on amazon for less with free shipping!! I Recently purchased a bunch of wahl blades tha...”
