“Visited the Blaine on lextington ave. 1/29/15. Bought a rototiller, drove around back to pick up. Wayne met me with his forklift. Wheeled the rototiller to my car. I realized then that was not going to fit in my trunk. It was in a wood framed box. Asked Wayne if he could take cardboard and wood off to get in trunk. Before I new it Wayne and Mike had it my trunk. BIG THANKS .”

“Product shipped in two days after placing order. Took about two days to recieve order. Shipping was kinda pricey IMHO. I would order again. Item cost 13.49...shipping cost 12.76$ Small items can be shipped via USPS for less. Big box for a LP hose. ”

“Ordered online, for delivery to my grandson in Maine. The local store has everything I ordered, but they WON't give it to my grandson. My OnLine order has to arrive. It has been a week, order is lost, and Staples is clueless as to how to fix it. Their website expected delivery 2 days ago, but the order is still "Processing". So my grandson will have to keep walking back to see if it's been found. But everything is already there - just not MY everything.”

“Worst customer service ever. I got charged for the order and got an email stating "Your order from Pro Bike Kit has been dispatched and will be with you shortly!" The tracking number was HUT1863GB00052515601 - The shipping number could not be found at trackmytrakpak.com. Sent multiple emails with no response. The shipment does not exist, I got billed before anything was shipped and NO response from customer service. Take your chances with this company.”

“Bought a Brother MFC-8950 DW. I received it on Monday. Set it up on Tuesday the 27th of January. Today my secretary sent some faxes. A short time later she received a phone call about the fax that we sent. The page was completely black. We did some additional checking and the only function that worked was the printer. We called PC Nation and they told us that we needed to contact Brother. We called Brother and they said under the warranty, they would send a tech person to fix it. This w...”
