“Terrible host. Be sure to take a look at other recent reviews since July 20, 2015 when the host lost their data after a hacking episode. No off-site backups of databases. No communication from the staff. No notice of their massive failure. After days of being down, their staff suggested that we try to recover from a corrupted restore of a database file by referencing a blog post. REALLY! “Humble Abode is a horrible customer service organization. I wish I could rate their products, but I'm still waiting for the bed I ordered four months ago (in March 2015). It is now July 28, 2015 I still can't get a definitive shipping date for the bed I ordered for my daughter.

I have reached out more times than I can recall, and in most cases I get absolutely no reply (and/or no one actually answers their 800 number...and they request I email them...which they do not answer).

“I have been shopping here for many years, the service has always been outstanding. The pricing is usually the lowest or they will price match if I find it lower. I LOVE their 5% rebate program, I saved my points for about 6 orders and got like $100 off. I only had to call them once but when I did the person who answered the phone took all the time I needed to answer my questions. I think they are pretty small but their service is awesome, way to go guys!”
