“Was a bit weary of ordering from this merchant after reading some of the negative reviews here. But they seemed to be making an effort to change so took a chance.
Ordered the Britax Frontier 90, cheaper than other places, and free shipping, and no tax.
Item was shipped quickly and arrived as expected/on time. Brand new and no issues with merchandise.”

“I ordered Magna flow muffler and received a Flow master at the cost of $538.00. When I called customer service to explain that they sent me the wrong muffler. The customer service department told me that I made the mistake and that they never make mistakes taking orders. They do this every day and never make a mistake!!I

“AVOID!!!! THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!!! Deceptive business.
I bought 3 year policy for my daughter laptop. The screen detached after a year and they supposed to fix within 5 days it OR refund the item cost. The tech support and service is somewhere in Asia ( India?), hard to reach and absolutely not helpful. I tried to get a refund since the service was not completed, I was told that they refund only insurance cost NOT the item cost. Several phone calls later speaking with manager they still den...”
