The Number One Place for all your Tech-Based items/Computer Components.

"I have dealt with Newegg over the years and have had a decent experience with them each time. They have competitive pricing against other top tier sellers such as Amazon and Best Buy which is difficult this day in age. From Shell-Shocker deals to Mobile exclusives to even Daily Deals... It makes it very easy to keep your eyes peeled for things you may want/need tech related. Not only that but sometimes you have a chance to bundle the savings with promotional bonuses like a free subscription or free computer components with a specific bundle. This brings me to my last point of them honoring their specials and standing next to their name of being the best Tech seller out there. Made a purchase for a new PC build and not even 24 hours later seen one of my items had been issued a promotional deal with it. A short chat with Aina W. (Newegg Customer Service Rep.) later had enabled me to be grandfathered in to that deal. If that's not above and beyond customer service I don't know what is. She was very helpful with accurately identifying what item was discussed and worked with her inside time to ensure I could be a part of Newegg's awesome deals. By Newegg adding value to my purchase by getting me into that deal it made me feel valued as a customer with them. This was an overall very pleasant experience that definitely seals the deal for me coming back to Newegg for future purchases. Thanks Newegg for continuing to offer great deals and a special thanks to Aina W. and her Customer Support Team for going above and beyond for the exceptional customer service that she provided. PS - Would be happy to provide pictures of the build that resulted from the purchase too if that would help show off the quality parts you guys at Newegg provide!"

Irene from customer service ROCKS!!

"I had ordered an air conditioning unit from Newegg a few weeks back, and never received any information from the company about shipping; to which the order never arrived on time. After calling and speaking with customer service specialist Irene, her level of professionalism, confidence, and ability to go above and beyond; she was able to figure out an issue that would have most likely been unsolved.

My experience with this representative and her kindness and professionalism is the only reason I am willing to wait for a replacement order to arrive. Knowing that Newegg employs specialists who are willing to go above and beyond to resolve an issue is more than enough for me to continue business with them. Not a great first experience with Newegg, but a FANTASTIC first experience with their customer service.

Been shopping Newegg for years

"Best single source for computer/tech needs. As a long time builder for many clients through the years, I have always been able to fill my needs at Newegg.com. Easy to find what I need for any situation or any build. Great prices and service. I like the fact that they have over the years added items not related to computers/tech. Recently purchase a new taillight assembly for my vehicle that had been damaged. Price was better than anywhere else I searched and to be honest I was pleasantly surprised to find it on Newegg. Excellent Customer Service

"I had an incredible experience with Tammy! She listened to me, took time to understand my concerns, and offered great solutions. My issue was that the product that was delivered to me, came in damaged. It was clear that the shipping agency (UPS, FedEx, etc.) did not handle this package correctly. Tammy walked me through the steps to create a claim, as well as, gave me sound advice in how to proceed. I have gone through many customer service experiences and have never been treated as kindly and compassionately as Tammy treated me. I look forward to working with New Egg in the future for all of my computer needs. Tammy if you're reading this......You're a Rock Star!!!"

They fixed a UPS delivery issue FAST :-)

"I accidentally had a re-route on my incoming UPS package that NewEgg shipped to me, that UPS was unable to help with. I called NewEgg to help, and they had it fixed, re-routed back to my home address, within minutes!! I'm moving my bookmark for NewEgg above all of the other vendors I have recently used.

Newegg Rocks!!

"I bought a Xerox Color Laser MFP Machine 6-10-2019 from Market Place. I contacted the seller who sold the actual Printer, First initial is "NothingButSavings.com" could not help. I contacted once, sending email and second time Jason, Newegg Customer Representative contacted them on my behalf. There solution was to call Xerox ask for the solution.
After an hour with Xerox with No Solution. Call back Newegg, this time Tony answer the call. He too was courteous and extremely professional, help me. Check the notes, assess the issue at hand and with in less than 10 minutes problem was Solved. That's customer care.

Quick Returns

"I got some G.SKILL TridentZ RGB RAM to supplement my existing kit, it sat around for a week while I re-assembled my PC. Upon booting, the sticks just refused to light up. The existing, matching kit of TridentZ RGB was still functional. After googling, and trying a myriad of solutions (software reinstall/BIOS update/enabling SPD write/switching around the sticks on the board) NOTHING would get this new kit to work. I could have just used the RMA feature on the site, but I can't stress enough how excellent Newegg's personal customer service is. It's always hassle-free, plus I had a question regarding my previous return of the glass side panel from a week prior. Coincidentally the very same rep helped me out! Thanks so much for all your help, Cid!"

" Edmund was very helpful with explaining the process of dealing with third party vendors. Although the problem remains he did everything he he could to help me even going as far as reaching out to the vendor on my behalf. I do hope I can get this problem resolved though. If the vendor doesnt get back to me Edmund told me to give newegg a call back so they could help me in other ways."
