"I have dealt with Newegg over the years and have had a decent experience with them each time. They have competitive pricing against other top tier sellers such as Amazon and Best Buy which is difficult this day in age. From Shell-Shocker deals to Mobile exclusives to even Daily Deals... It makes it very easy to keep your eyes peeled for things you may want/need tech related. Not only that but sometimes you have a chance to bundle the savings with promotional bonuses like a free subscription or free computer components with a specific bundle. This brings me to my last point of them honoring their specials and standing next to their name of being the best Tech seller out there. Made a purchase for a new PC build and not even 24 hours later seen one of my items had been issued a promotional deal with it. A short chat with Aina W. (Newegg Customer Service Rep.) later had enabled me to be grandfathered in to that deal. If that's not above and beyond customer service I don't know what is. She was very helpful with accurately identifying what item was discussed and worked with her inside time to ensure I could be a part of Newegg's awesome deals. By Newegg adding value to my purchase by getting me into that deal it made me feel valued as a customer with them. This was an overall very pleasant experience that definitely seals the deal for me coming back to Newegg for future purchases. "I had an incredible experience with Tammy! She listened to me, took time to understand my concerns, and offered great solutions. My issue was that the product that was delivered to me, came in damaged. It was clear that the shipping agency (UPS, FedEx, etc.) did not handle this package correctly. Tammy walked me through the steps to create a claim, as well as, gave me sound advice in how to proceed. "I accidentally had a re-route on my incoming UPS package that NewEgg shipped to me, that UPS was unable to help with. I called NewEgg to help, and they had it fixed, re-routed back to my home address, within minutes!! I'm moving my bookmark for NewEgg above all of the other vendors I have recently used.
"I bought a Xerox Color Laser MFP Machine 6-10-2019 from Market Place. I contacted the seller who sold the actual Printer, First initial is "NothingButSavings.com" could not help. I contacted once, sending email and second time Jason, Newegg Customer Representative contacted them on my behalf. There solution was to call Xerox ask for the solution.
After an hour with Xerox with No Solution. Call back Newegg, this time Tony answer the call. He too was courteous and extremely professional, help me. Check the notes, assess the issue at hand and with in less than 10 minutes problem was Solved. That's customer care.
"I got some G.SKILL TridentZ RGB RAM to supplement my existing kit, it sat around for a week while I re-assembled my PC. Upon booting, the sticks just refused to light up. The existing, matching kit of TridentZ RGB was still functional. After googling, and trying a myriad of solutions (software reinstall/BIOS update/enabling SPD write/switching around the sticks on the board) NOTHING would get this new kit to work. I could have just used the RMA feature on the site, but I can't stress enough how excellent Newegg's personal customer service is. It's always hassle-free, plus I had a question regarding my previous return of the glass side panel from a week prior. Coincidentally the very same rep helped me out!
