I requested to speak to a supervisor and I was refused.

"Ordered memory and paid nearly $50 for "guaranteed two-day shipping" and Newegg's site stated it would arrive by Friday 8/2. Tracking now says Monday, 8/5. And live chat says, "order processing time is 1-3 business days". The lady apoligized for any inconvenience... Then, she said, "order processing time is 1-3 business days" and said I could file a claim if I want.
If the site did not say guaranteed delivery by 8/2, I'd be fine. I could have made the decision to wait or not order it. But to guarantee it by a certain date and then tell me I'm wrong? Never again."
"Ordered RAM and a refurbished PC (tower) early on a Monday morning. Paid extra for Thursday delivery. It's Saturday and I'm still waiting for the PC. Tracking says it's not even in my city yet. I live in the 9th largest city in the USA. Called customer service. They were very kind and refunded the extra shipping charge I paid. But that doesn't change the fact that it's a shipping nightmare and a broken promise. Doubt I'll be using newegg in the future."

If they hadn't lie to me about it been shipped four days ago, I would probably still have time to buy it from another company. I had issues with my original order with the shipping address from Paypal and did not realize this would cause my order to be cancelled and shipment returned and it had ruined my morning as I was depending on receiving my laptop today.
