Easy

"I had been going back, and forth with the company (Dell) I got my laptop from to get money back they promised me. They kept giving me different numbers to call, and redurecting me. Finally after over a month I talked to the NewEgg representative, and got to the bottom of it. He called other numbers himself, and finally resolved the problem in less then 20 min. Greatly appreciated his efforts!"

Greatest Customer Care

"I planned for a new enthusiast desktop build for more than a few years before I decided to go ahead with it in late 2018. The new graphics adapters from NVIDIA finally arrived on the market in September. I bought the parts I had planned on as soon as they were released and available, from September to November. While I was waiting for the final part to become available, I changed my mind about which motherboard to use. I had already purchased a motherboard from Newegg.com, which I kept in its box while waiting for the other parts to arrive, so I called them to see if I could exchange it for a different motherboard. Newegg granted me full store credit when they really didn't have to. The motherboard was in my possession for more than 30 days (the return period in which you can return an item for full credit). This month, July 2019, I purchased a monitor from Newegg that perfectly complements my build; and, I used my Newegg store credit to cover part of its cost. Newegg.com has the nicest and most personable and intelligent representatives than any of the vendors of PC hardware that I've ever dealt with. Thank you, Newegg, for servicing my needs with excellent customer care. "

"Had an excellent NewEgg customer service experience on 20190712 around 1400 CT.

Contacted by NewEgg customer service leader / agent W, L and they were super professional, helpful and reassuring. No company is perfect, but I can faithfully state that in my experience the NewEgg customer service team is dependable and approachable. I Have a Lot to Say About Customer Service

"I began using NewEgg on a recommendation from my brother. I will never buy electronics from anyone else. It doesn't matter what you buy, their customer service is the best I have ever experienced. As consumers, we buy, and generally never need customer service. Then that one time you need customer service it ruins the entire experience of owning that device when the service is bad. NewEgg understands this. Over the many years that I have been a faithful customer, I have had 1 or 2 devices show up that don't operate the way they are supposed to. NewEgg's ability to replace or return in a very reasonable amount of time, has not ceased to fill me with relief and joy.
They also have technicians available for those little questions as well as competitive prices and a wide selection. What more could you ask for? Thank you NewEgg :-)

Forgot to enter Promo Code before placing the order.

"I ordered over $1,000 in parts from Newegg today as I'm building a new computer. After placing the order, I discovered I forgot to enter a promo code that would have saved me $15 on one of the items I ordered. I got back on their website, went to the "Help Center" and explained what had happened to Rosie V.(customer support) via Live Chat. She looked up my order and said "no problem", even tho the promo codes are not normally honored after the order is placed because they are honored by the manufacturer, not by Newegg. She said as a courtesy, she would send me a $15 Newegg gift card to make up for missing the promo code. I've ordered from Newegg often in the past, and have always been happy with the price, quick service, and more often than not, free shipping. This is the first time I have had to contact customer service and I feel Rosie went above and beyond what was required by her as the error was all my fault. I highly recommend Newegg to all my friends."

Eggcellent Customer Service again!!!!

"Tony with customer service was great. He made sure that my problem was taken care of and initiated a lost claim for my order I never received. He was also very helpful with adjusting the price as needed related to original purchase made prior to collection of taxes. My faith in Newegg is once again proven. There is no place like Newegg for pc parts and other home items you may need with eggcellent prices and customer service. Why look anywhere else? If Newegg doesn't have it, chances are you don't need it."
