"I ordered 2 pair of headphones from Newegg that were listed as in-stock. Newegg did not indicate their seller was from South Korea. Newegg located in the USA needs to list the country of their resellers so their customers(me this time) can know what to expect. Previous history of dealing with Asian sellers has always been a problem. My current problem is that I do not have my items after 3 weeks and ALL the times I contacted them I was promised my items were ready to be shipped and will to me arrive shortly. I contacted Newegg and Tammy was very nice, but I did not like the idea I would have to wait ""6 more days"" to begin to get a refund. I feel that when a Newegg customer has no idea "IF" their items are going to be shipped, then Newegg should issue a credit immediately. What's wrong Newegg? Me waiting 3 weeks so far does not justify an immediate refund? The seller deducted my payment immediately after I placed the order and now I have to wait 6 more days just to begin the Newegg refund process. How twisted is Newegg's business practices if they thing that is right? Newegg, I bet you would not tolerate your funds being tied-up from someone you buy from up for this long AND without knowing at least a shipping date. "Firstly, I have been using Newegg for all of my tech purchases since around 2008. Until this past month, I'd never had a problem. Any order that I've placed has been exactly what i ordered and came exactly when it was supposed to... Not happy? No problem! Money back or exchange and good to go.
Finally decided to sign up for a Newegg credit card... Setting it up was fairly easy, using it however :/
For some reason Newegg's verification dept. closed my account after trying to use my Newegg credit card. Needless to say, this was very frustrating, especially after my 3 or 4th call to Newegg customer service.
And then there was Victoria at Newegg customer service! Victoria went above and beyond to help me reopen my account. This person seems to truly value their customers and their satisfaction and because of her effort and great attitude, Newegg will continue to be my one stop shop for anything that I can purchase from them. Seriously, I had lost all hope and was on my last call before giving up.

"I ordered a PC Build Kit on April 4th, and without paying for expedited shipping had it on Monday April 8th. I went through a very specialized web portal set up for the promotion which included some peripherals, a toolkit, and a gift card. Except I didn’t get these extra bits. Using the chat support was not super helpful as they told me the promotion I participated in had closed 4 days before I even placed the order! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was given the main phone number for support. Phone support was a LOT better. As soon as I explained the situation, Heather went to work to figure out what happened and what could be done, I didn’t even need to ask for the supervisor. I did have to wait on hold for awhile as the situation was tricky. In the end they said they would send the peripherals and toolkit, as those were very clearly listed in the promotional site I used. However, they couldn’t send me the gift card as the language around what amount it should be was vague. I am a bit disappointed on that front.
But again, the phone agent was great to work with. I was worried I was going to have to make more of a case and fight for what I was expecting to get, but she saw the need right away and got after it for me."

"Ordered a video card for a relative's birthday - the estimated shipping time (3-7 business days) should have been more than enough time to get there with time to spare. Some technical issue at their end caused the order processing to go much much slower than expected so instead of the card getting there 3-7 days after the order was placed it was actually going to get there closer to 12+ days thus missing my father-in-laws birthday. I contacted customer service about this and they were very receptive to my situation. The service rep rush processed and rush shipped a second card to ensure the card would make it there by my relatives birthday. I've been a Newegg customer since 2005 and good experiences like this are why I do all of my part shopping through Newegg."
