"I bought a Xerox Color Laser MFP Machine 6-10-2019 from Market Place. I contacted the seller who sold the actual Printer, First initial is "NothingButSavings.com" could not help. I contacted once, sending email and second time Jason, Newegg Customer Representative contacted them on my behalf. There solution was to call Xerox ask for the solution.
After an hour with Xerox with No Solution. Call back Newegg, this time Tony answer the call. He too was courteous and extremely professional, help me. Check the notes, assess the issue at hand and with in less than 10 minutes problem was Solved. That's customer care.
"I got some G.SKILL TridentZ RGB RAM to supplement my existing kit, it sat around for a week while I re-assembled my PC. Upon booting, the sticks just refused to light up. The existing, matching kit of TridentZ RGB was still functional. After googling, and trying a myriad of solutions (software reinstall/BIOS update/enabling SPD write/switching around the sticks on the board) NOTHING would get this new kit to work. I could have just used the RMA feature on the site, but I can't stress enough how excellent Newegg's personal customer service is. It's always hassle-free, plus I had a question regarding my previous return of the glass side panel from a week prior. Coincidentally the very same rep helped me out! "Went ahead and contacted the manufacturer FOR ME which is straight up unheard of and expedited my return.

"So i ordered Tuesday in the morning. They didn't ship till Friday late at night. I'll receive my package next Thursday by end of day. So it will take 8 business days.
My problem is that throughout the ordering they were advertising 3-5 business days shipping. I know that handling is a separate thing, but they didn't mention anything about handling or that there's additional time for that, etc...
1. They were two days late to ship it compared to what they promised in the confirmation email.
2. Newegg representative wanted my to search their terms & conditions to find that there is a handling time that is in addition to the shipping time.
3. It will take 8 business days for me to receive my item.
I haven't used newegg or monoprice since 2010, because Amazon knows what they are doing.
Based on the facts above, they are a POS retailer. Change my mind."

"I purchased an OLED LG TV from Newegg at a super price! FedEx delivered it to my home a few days later than promised although not NE fault. The picture was beautiful, the sound quality was the best I’ve ever heard from a TV. I was very happy with my choice, at first. However, after watching it for about 2 hours, it powered off on its own and would not turn back on. After about an hour, it started working again. I was skeptical but hoped the problem was just a fluke - a power surge or dip or something like that. Well it kept happening and when I called NE to have it replaced, they could not have been more helpful in facilitating my replacement. The new unit arrived a couple of days ago and so far, so good. The new TV seems to be working fine. I would have preferred to purchase it from the popular national brick and mortar chain with an alliterative name, hint hint, that claims they price match “any” price, BUT THEY DO NOT, just for this type of situation, but like I just stated, THEY WOULD NOT MATCH THIS PRICE! Hats off to the Newegg team, they get top marks from me!"
