"I have had difficulties in placing on line orders recently. Placing items in the shopping cart is sometimes a challenge when ordering from some of the sales emails. When I place one item in the cart and want to select additional items I often can't go directly back to the page I'm ordering from. And sometimes when I get back to the site, the first item is no longer in the cart. Then when I go to finalize my order, it won't let proceed without entering a mobile phone number. You already have a phone number (land line) for me and I do not give out my cell phone number. I have ordered for years from Acme without having to provide a second phone number. IT should make sure that final step to place an order goes on easily. The last time I called customer service for help on this problem, I got no help. Basically I was told to try changing browsers or redoing the order - basically that is a waste of my time. On a previous order I was so frustrated with this, I bought the item on Amazon - nice and easy."

"For months I've wanted to get a 12v Dewalt reciprocating saw, but hesitated spending $139. Acme just put together a deal that if you bought a $199 12v tool combo, you'd get the saw for free! My grandson is off to college and in his own apartment in August, so he'll get the combo for his first official took kit and grandpa gets the saw he wanted.
Another note; I have a pretty full set of 20v Dewalt tools that are excellent. However the 12v tools are very light, easy to handle and surprisingly powerful."

"Had the opportunity to use the headphones 2 days ago. I was happy with them. Unfortunately, I bought these to listen to the announcers at the local racers. The sound was perfect when there was no action on the track. However, when the cars started their engines, the safety feature with the volume control took over. I could not hear the announcers. I understand this is a safety perk, but I bought these to listen to the announcer. I wish you had a way to override this feature. Otherwise I am very happy with the headphones."
