"I have had difficulties in placing on line orders recently. Placing items in the shopping cart is sometimes a challenge when ordering from some of the sales emails. When I place one item in the cart and want to select additional items I often can't go directly back to the page I'm ordering from. And sometimes when I get back to the site, the first item is no longer in the cart. Then when I go to finalize my order, it won't let proceed without entering a mobile phone number. You already have a phone number (land line) for me and I do not give out my cell phone number. I have ordered for years from Acme without having to provide a second phone number. IT should make sure that final step to place an order goes on easily. The last time I called customer service for help on this problem, I got no help. Basically I was told to try changing browsers or redoing the order - basically that is a waste of my time. On a previous order I was so frustrated with this, I bought the item on Amazon - nice and easy."

"My order was processed and shipped promptly. And received in 3 days. The one thing Acme could improve upon is the shipping container. I received the item in a bubble envelope which had a small hole in it. And the items blister pack was broken also. everything was loose inside the envelope. Luckily all of the small pieces were still in the envelope. Hopefully in the future Acme will use a better shipping container for Sharp items such as forstner Drill bits. "
