Because of their product availability (if it is not stock, it is not listed!) There customer service & tech support is the BEST I have found! "This is by far the worst online purchase I have ever made. Too bad I did not find this site before I bought from them. While their support team tried their best to assist me, the product I purchased was a piece of crap which was obviously used and listed on their web site as new. Broken parts inside the package on arrival and dust all over the product makes me wonder where they got this item. I paid for shipping and the cost of the product, now they expect me to pay to ship this back to them for an exchange??? I don't think so. I'm glad credit card companies have given consumers a little protection against crooks like Package2You for what is obviously false advertisement, not to mention wire fraud. I'll be disputing the charges with my credit card company. This place seems to be a "grab bag" type of company where you never know what you're going to get when you buy from them. "I won an auction they had on eBay. I paid by PayPal on Decembet 10.
On December 16, they finally sent an email saying they shipped the item.
It's now January 6, and the item still has not arrived. I realize things can be lost during shipping, but it gets worse. I have sent several emails and have NOT gotten a single reply.
The only good thing about the experience is that it's only $16 that I lost ($8 for the Dell keyboard and $8 for shipping/handling fees).
I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this merchant all together. But if you want to throw money to the wind, by all means, buy from this seller."
