"EDIT: I emailed their customer service concerning the problems mentioned below. Immediately I had a reply back offering to replace all 3 keyboards even when I had just asked for 2. The lady had written that they had pulled the keyboards themselves and were shipping them to me that day at no cost to me. I received them yesterday with each keyboard wrapped individually. I was impressed with the packaging this time and by the communication. This morning, I receieved a phone call from the owner of the company who apologized to me and offered to refund my entire order if there is something wrong with the keyboards. So first I am overly impressed with the customer service I receive initially and then I get blown out of the water by a personal phone call. While I will leave my comments below as history I am definitely changing my stance on this company.

They say you get what you paid for. The other reviews state this over and over. Well, I received my package just 2 days ago. It wasn't the fastest shipping but I can live with that. I had ordered 3 keyboards and 2 mice. Well all 3 keyboards have problems. One has missing keys, thankfully I sold that one for $2. Unfortunately, the other two keyboards suck as well. One has a broken space bar, N key and B key. The other one has a broken CTRL key. I am assumign the mice are fine cause they are new. I knew these keyboards were 'pulls' but shouldn't they still work?!"

"Kudos to Package2You - I've used them a few times, smooth as silk, but the true test is when things get rough:

Last order, one of the monitors had a manufacturer defect, it was badly out of focus. Called them up, they were great - Issued an RMA, no questions asked.

But wait, there's more... Asked an associate to ship the RMA for me. If course, my associate ships FedEx Saver instead of Ground at a $40 premium. Long story short, as a result of my trying to get FedEx to switch the shipping from Saver to Ground, a week later I end up with the monitor back on my doorstep.

Package2you really went to bat for me with FedEx, and once we got through a few layers of management, FedEx really came through for us both.

Customer service is most important when things go wrong: Package2You and FedEx both demonstrated their excellence to the point that I'm about to browse over to Package2You and see if I can't pick up some more great deals.

Ordered Mini-tower with Sparkle P/S just as advertised. Just as I responded to them directly via e-mail, "Can you say DELL". This OEM case is almost identical to DELL Dimension lineup. Very well crafted, sturdy, aestheticly pleasing and all this for less than $20. Yes that's right $20. I've purchased other cases for similar $$ but typiclly got a flimsy, hard to remove cover with a cheesy (thrown in for "FREE") p/s. Glad I got this deal. Although for some reason, my online order did not go through (huh???), a call to CS/Sales remedied this immediately.
