"I purchased a motherboard from this company, which was shipped promptly. The board worked for about one hour before dying completely. I emailed the return department requesting an RMA, and in response was sent a large questionnaire. I filled it out and returned it. A couple days passed with no further word from the company, so I sent them another email. I was told that my responses to the form were not received, so I filled it out again and resent it. The RMA was approved and I shipped the board back to package2you via UPS ground. I waited patiently for about four weeks without receiving ANY correspondence... no confirmation that it hadarrived, was checked out, was shipped, nothing. I started to become concerned so I sent them another email. I was told that there is only one person who has access to the "credit card terminal", and this person happened to be experiencing a problem in her personal life, so she was out of the office for most of that month. I'm not sure why that matters considering I was supposed to have a replacement board sent to me, but that is not what happened. My credit card was refunded after a few more days. The money I spent on shipping (either time... purchase and return), however, was not refunded. I don't feel like they were trying to rip me off at any point, but I do not believe they run a very well structured or organized business. It's been two months, and I still do not have a board because of this ordeal."
"The quality and speed of service is unequalled. Great products at great prices. Customer Service very responsive. Could not be happier. Good doing business with a company that treats their customers well.

"everything as described and in working condition. shipment was fairly quick (6 days). i would do business with them again. thanks!"
"I ordered a 25ft. ethernet cable for $8.50 shipped from them. I ordered it on Saturday, and it shipped Monday and arrived Wednesday through USPS. Good service, but their website needs some work."
"I was pleased to find a genuine desire to “please the customer” attitude from Jeff at Package2you. There response to me was prompt, and a successful remedy to a difficult problem for me to resolve. Finding suppliers with poor customer relations is easy, so when you find a company like Package2you (on the internet no less) you tend to remember them. Thanks."
"Nonnie has promptly responded via email today with an offer to issue an RGA. This is a good sign, I will keep you posted as to how the return process progresses.
Asus motherboard advertised as Super Socket Seven (100 MHZ or better bus) Asus board that arrived is a standard socket seven 83 mhz max speed bus. Also sold me 133 MHZ memory to use with the 83 mhz bus rating mother board. My local computer tech says this combination is incompatible. I did not base the ourchasee only on the website, but actually called the vendor and spooke with a real person. They assured me these parts would work well together with no problem. I have asked for return but do not have a status yet. Watch for misrepresentations such as this."
"Hmmm.....well I guess nevermind about what I thought as it seems they are now closed....
Hadn't heard of this company before. Was tickled to find Logitech Wingman Extreme Digital joysticks there, and at a great price. Too bad Logitch quit making them.... At any rate, great price, great rate on shipping. Placed my order, received confirmation within a minute or two, then a shipping notification about an hour later. Now THAT'S FAST....
Items arrived packed well enough and undamaged. Thank goodness they didn't use ups....
This company seems super so far...will def use again... but remember this was my first order from them, we'll see how they are over the long haul.
Thanks"
"I ordered what was advertised as "Antec ATX 6-Bay Mid-Tower Case w/300 Power -Retail Boxed". What I received in no way matched the description. There is absolutely nothing on the case, or the box it came in, that says "Antec" on it. Not even on the power supply. I have never recieved a "retail boxed" product with no mention of the mfg. on it. This is akin to a hoax and false advertising. What I got was an "ATX 6-Bay Mid-Tower Case w/300 Power - OEM take your chances!" I will never order from this company again. "
"They advertised new unopened retail antec. I got opened dirty scuffed compucase with non-antec generic psu. I belive they defrauded me, stay away. The case is not bad. It is probably worth $40 shipped, but not the hot-deal I was after. If someone advertises a 1990 Mercedes in great shape for $4000 and delivers a 1990 honda civic for $4,000
in good shape I still feel defrauded."
"Rec my case yesterday and was most disappointed..this is NOT a ANTEC case..nor does it have a ANTEC 300watt power supply..the actual picture on the website does show a case which does look like the case I received..BUT as stated in other post the power supply is NOT ANTEC..but a cheap @power brand 280watt PS. The case did not come in a new antec retail box as stated on their website AND from the scrape marks looks as if it has been opened up..This in my opinion is out and out fraud.. BEWARE OF THIS MERCHANT."
"I ordered what was supposedly a new Antec case. It was neither new nor was it Antec. The case had obvious scuff marks on the metal that I have NEVER seen on a new case. The case also had a Compucase part number (CI-6306) on the box. After calling Antec support, they had NEVER heard of the part number on the box. It seems that this is an obvious case of fraud on the part of this merchant!"
"Ordered an Antec case. Got a case with a CompUCase part no. Power supply in the case was NOT an Antec. Contacted P2U and they said it was an Antec case. Contacted Antec and they said ALL their cases except one come with an Antec powersupply. The one that doesn't has no PS. What happened to the Antec PS??? Maybe it's NOT an Antec case...
If you are looking for an Antec case with an Antec power supply, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. "
"This retailer carries an odd assortment of goods at excellent prices. Service on my order was excellent."
"Theese guys are great. Ordered an ECS videocard using standard shipping, and had it on my workbench in a week. They are not the high end of the reseller spectrum, but deliver quality retail packaged goods at a nice price. This is my 3rd order with this outfit, and I expect there will be more"
"This company IS NOT Package2you it is "TIGER SURPLUS" [Not related to "Tiger Direct"]
Like "djkidvicious" an his bad A7V333, my ASUS CUV266 just plain didn't work, and although it did arrive in it's retail box, it was just put in Priority Mail box with no other packing. Also, ASUS, I found, doesn't even list any Socket 370 boards, exept in BIOS & Drivers.
When I requested an RMA they sent me an email asking me [allong with a page of comments & requests] to FIND THE ACTUAL AMPERAGE DELIVERED TO THE BOARD!!
This is what I got when I finaly got an RMA#;
Please Include the following with the return package:
1.) -Description of the problem-
2.) Make sure the *serial number* has not been removed (this is how we verify your returning the exact item we sent you)
3.) RMA # in Large letters on the outside of the shipping box (not the retail box)
4.)Your return shipping address, email address and a copy of this email, so we can process it.
5.) repackage item with *at least* 1 inches around all fragile item (especially corners) so return RMA does not get auto declined..
6.) *Please include* ALL items that came with the shipment, software Retail box. (if applies) or your RMA will be denied.
7.) RMA must be postmarked within 7 days of this email or RMA is void
Some of this is legit, the pakaging requested is better than they sent it to me, and the "RMA Dept." has an etirely different address!
The two e-mail addresses [ex employees] they have are used by everyone in the company, so dont be supprised if you get a "Why did you send this to me?" e-mail back from them.
Finally, AT THE PRICE OFFERD, AND THE QUICK, LOW $ SHIPPING; IF THE BOARD HAD WORKED, I WAS THINKING OF ORDERING A SECOND ONE. NO WAY I'll go back."
