"I only just recently discovered this site - and i wish i had found it a long time ago. their selection is small, but if they've got what you are looking for, they've got the best price. both of the orders i've recieved from them contained only nex parts, so i cant speak for their refurbs or their pulls - but the items i have ordered have been top notch. i'm a night owl, so i place my orders after close of business. all three of my orders shipped the following morning. i am awaiting my third order, i expect it to be just as wonderful . a small note on the shipper - one of my orders appeared to be lost (as in, Fed-Ex did not scan it for two days, even though the drive it was supposed to be on should have taken maybe 8 hours) I was somwehat surprised to find the package waiting for me when I arrived home the day it was supposed to. Anyways, I'm EXTREMELY satisfied with the company - great prices, fast shipping - and only being charged for shipping, rather than an inflated handling fee - thats nice.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I purchased what was supposed to be a brand new A7V333, but this turned out to be just fraud. What i was shipped was a bare motherboard in a USPS box in a plastic baggy with some brown paper at the top to keep it from sliding around.

When i set up the machine, i was getting failure after failure and determine it to be the motherboard. I contatacted package 2 you and they said they won't do anything, but i should try to send it to the manufacturer. When i called ASUS for an RMA, WE COULDN'T LOCATE A SERIAL NUMBER!!!

They accepted it without one, but when i got it back, they said there was physical damage to the board ( a chipped corner ). I know for a fact that when i shipped it and handled it, i didnt cause any damage ( i shipped it in the same exact manner as asus, in a MB box with foam on top and bottom in a static bag, then put that into another box with moer packaging.

Unless you want some bootleg black market products, don't buy from them, i wouldn't be surprised if they inflated their resellerratings prices ( i was fooled into purchasing from them by looking here first )."

"Ordered an intel pcmcia v90 56k laptop modem on Tuesday via 2 day USPS. They shipped and e-mailed me my tracking # on the same day. Recieved order 2 days later. Would buy from them again. Good prices too. "

"I found the site to be set up rather backwards in that I had started an order by changing an item's quantity to something other than zero. When I got to the bottom of the page and expected to continue I found that I had to "log in". When I finished the process of creating an "account" I found my order was lost so I again started to change the quantity of items listed on the page to one or more. When I got to the bottom of the page, it had changed to tell me I had to "log in" to continue, which lost my order again. To make matters worse, the order was place and acknowledged prior to 9 AM Texas time on 5/5/03. The order has finally been packed and assigned a "tracking number". It is 5:30 PM Central on 5/8/03. Pretty darned slow if you ask me. I won't be ordering from them again unless as a "last resort". Argh..."

"I bought ten "Windows 95/98/me CD-Rom Boot/Recovery Master Disks" from Package2You. The plan was to give these to my customers. Eight days later I received 10 Windows 95 Emergency Start Disks on 3.5 inch floppies. When I called I was told that what they are selling is a floppy with some DOS stuff. so that you can reload your software from CR-ROM.
I guess I didn't read their ad closely enough, or maybe it was the picture of CD-ROMS that was in the ad that threw me off.
They did, however, tell me that they would return my money, less shipping charges, for a worthless item.
I believe this was a case of deceptive advertising. I'd never trust them again. "

"I found this company in a pricewatch search. I'm very leary about pricewatch companies, but I checked here and saw that package2you.com's rating was pretty good. I placed the order, and received an email confirmation. When I checked the status of the order, the USPS site said that my tracking number was invalid. I emailed package2you about it, and they replied within an hour and said that the USPS site updates their tracking numbers very slowly. I checked the next day and they had the tracking number on their site. Very nice customer service, and price!"

"just to let everyone know i have ordered from this company at least 10 times with no trouble and excellent service and turnaround. used to buy a lot of my stuff from california but shipment to NC by ground usually took a week and second day was double the freight. since i found p2u, they get half my business. i can order from them sunday evening, its packed and shipped monday a little after noon and arrives wednesday, all with just ground shipment, quite cheap ground shipping at that. had trouble at first because i put in business name and fedex wouldnt deliver it to a residence but once that was cleared up ive had no trouble at all. their product list isnt exhaustive like some other sites, but i check here for what i need first because i know if they have it will be cheapest, especially once you add on freight. i have never had to RMA so i cant comment on that. overall, great reseller, i have never had any trouble!"

"Automated e-commerce ordering system flaky. Enter order, get invoice with order CONFIRMATION number, go away fat dumb and happy. BUT, order never "took" and items go to other people and are forever not available. Customer service has really good heart and wants to help, but not much they can do when their flaky system causes a customer to lose out on an item.

Items and prices can be good, but don't try to base your business on them. Fedex not great either.

I have purchased a couple hundred dollars or equipment from them and find that things are in the best condition of any of the bulk liquidators.
