"I order a mother board for a 1.2 AMD. The board arrived without a manual or the drivers. I called Package2you and talked with their tech support, Ryan Lee. I could not download the drivers or the manual from the internet because the serial port would not work and my modem is an external. He told me a few options and said he would send me the drivers if I couldn't get them sooner myself. I was able to down load the basic drivers at work and then download the rest from my repaired(new mother board) computer. I appreciated the personal offer that Ryan made - not something you expect from an internet order. Thanks Ryan and package2me."
