"The item I ordered was listed as in stock with low quantity, so I ordered right away. I heard nothing for 10 days so I had to chase down information about my order. Had it shipped? What was going on? So far I have only heard that the item was actually not in stock and I haven’t heard a word back from my follow up questions. Lousy company from my experience so far. Wouldn’t do business with you again based on this total failure of a transaction. "

"You could NOT login to OWC / MacSales all weekend, so I could not check the status of my order. Today I was finally able to login and see the status of my order. I ordered items on April 26, and today is May 6 and they have not shipped yet."
