"The chemical used in the battery removal is very very toxic and is not safe for public use. I have developed a severe cough ( 3 days now) and cannot get a good nights sleep - you should stop using this highly toxic product immediately!

"...but I've not really started to use the drive. Read Me instructions say to set up Macs using 10.11 or later.... I'm using an iMac on Sierra 10.12.6 and laptop on Catalina 10.16. I plugged in to the iMac and it tells me it can't run the set up on 10.12. Bummer."

"Replacing the battery was easy, but when I found irritating was the fact the included tools were not labeled or marked with their sizes. The tips are very small, so I would insert one screw driver in the tiny screw and feel if it was grabbing. However, even if it does grab the screw head when it feels like a perfect fit, I could strip the screw head. "
