"I ordered an iPad Mini 4 (refurbished) from DeCluttr on May 8th, and received it in the mail via UPS on May 12th. I was surprised at how quickly this ordered was filled and shipped, to the point where I had the iPad in hand within 5 days - pretty amazing in terms of efficiency!
As for the iPad itself, it was listed as being in "Very Good" condition, and that was a fair assessment. The screen had almost zero blemishes, aside from the normal "wear & tear" type markings. It was at a 60% charge when I turned it on, and has held its charge well in the week since I got it.
So far, I am very pleased with DeCluttr and their service. As long as they stand by their 12-month Warranty guarantee in case anything unforeseen occurs with this iPad, I will be a happy customer! Also, this iPad was at least $20-$50 cheaper than any of the other refurbished Mini 4s I found online, so that was awesome as well!
Only cons would be that it only came with the charging cable and no actual Apple USB plug, and the tracking info I received was for DHL, but the item was delivered via UPS. When looking up the tracking # using the link provided in the email update, nothing came up. However, the number actually works when I look it up with UPS.
The last thing I think is a bit odd, is that there is no Order History or record of my iPad order on the "My Account" page on DeCluttr. So, if I ever need to use my warranty, the only records I have that I ordered it on DeClutty are the two emails they sent for order confirmation and tracking...
Overall, DeCluttr is a solid choice, and from what I can tell so far, they sell quality products and stand by their word.

"Pro: Shipping was good 7 days by DHL. Google Pixel is in Like New condition. This is my second phone in two months I have purchased from Decluttr because of the 12 month warranty.
Cons: 14 day return policy is very hard to comply with almost a deal breaker. Both phones were missing chargers and CS has yet to send them out to me. For two $300 phones I think the promise of chargers should be honored. Overall I would buy again from Decluttr."
