"Do not ever send anything to Decluttr! I sent them an Apple watch 3-was supposed to received $ 69.30. They received it 12 days ago. Have not heard a thing from them & website is showing they are awaiting my items. However, the tracking receipt shows it received & signed for by Kelsey. Another rep advised the box arrived empty. The receipt shows the weight of the item, therefore, the box was not empty. They will not help me-they keep saying they are investigating but I never hear back from them. Every time I do a live chat (you cannot get through to their phone lines) it’s a different rep with a different falsehood. One rep even disconnected me from chat. I have filed a claim with BBB."
