"In September, I ordered the Disney animation, Aladdin, through Amazon from Decluttr. The DVD arrived promptly, but it would play in our DVD player. Upon examination, I realized the case was written in a foreign language; I suspect a Scandinavian language. I promptly contacted Decluttr through Amazon and followed the instructions for return for a full refund plus my postage costs. After not receiving my refund after a month an a half, I again contacted Decluttr through Amazon and was promptly answered by Decluttr as follows:
Hi David,
Thank you for your email.
I have just chased this up and it appears that the refund had got stuck during processing. The relevant department has been
contacted regarding your refund. Kindly allow some time for feedback and your refund to be processed.
Please accept our apologies for the delay.

As instructed, I waited until receiving my next credit card statement three weeks later, a AGAIN contacted Decluttr about my refund. Here was the reply from Decluttr:

Hello David,
Thank you for your email.
As per the guidelines issued by Amazon, all missing or faulty items should be reported within 90 days of the estimated delivery
date and unfortunately your request has been made outside of these delivery guidelines.
Also, due to the length of time that has passed, we do not have access to our records for this order any more. As such we are
unable to help you on this occasion. We are sorry that we cannot help you further.

So now I have been penalized (and screwed) by Decluttr for being patient with them, as THEY requested. I guess I should be grateful I'm only out about $28 (original purchase and shipping, plus my return postage on the DVD). As far as I'm Concerned, "Decluttr" is De-Rip-Off."

"I sold two iPhone X to Decluttr, both of which were delivered to them on 11/19/2020. My Decluttr account only shows them receiving 1 of 2 phones, despite the proof of delivery from UPS showing "Kelsey" received each phone at Decluttr's loading dock. I emailed customer service on December 28, and received a reply yesterday, Jan. 4th, basically asking me to send the order number, which I had already done last week. So far, they have only paid for one of my two phones. Use Gazelle, much better customer service!

UPDATE: Decluttr has responded trying various ways to place the blame on me, like saying I didn't use their return label (I did use their label) or I sent both iPhones in one box (I did not, I sent in two separate boxes as they directed). Long story short, their customer service is borderline fraudsters and they took my iPhone and still have not paid me the $281 I am owed. "
