"I have bought several CDs from Declutter, and the prices and selection excel, as does the shopping experience (viewing tracks) and the used CDs have all been in good condition. I had problems for the first time this most recent experience, as one 3 CD set was missing one CD, and another CD I had ordered did not arrive the same day, so I thought it had been lost. THe missing CD came three days later, and the price of the 3 CD set was refunded. This is great customer service. MY only complaint is that it took several times of complaining to get these results. But I shouldn't complain. They explained that the other CD was coming, and I did not believe them, but they were right. Be patient with them, they are professional and aim to please. Thank you, Declutter, your used CDs are the best out of the several used CD outlets i have bought from. "
"Decluttr gave me an appraised value of 277 for an IPHONE X. After receiving the phone revised their evaluation to 75 claiming it was an international model that doesn't work with US carriers (only I used the phone on a US carrier for over a year). Decluttr now says it will take 7-10 days for them to return the phone and will not guarantee the condition of the phone. Seems like a rip off to me."
"The first phone (Gen1 iPhone SE) wasn't unlocked even though i paid for one, and the second one (iPhone 7, different order) Says "No Service" after a day of use. I looked it up and the issue with the iPhone 7 is common. The fact that they can't check for these common issues somewhat disappointing. The first phone i mentioned was sent back for a replacement and i'll have to send the other phone for a refund. The reason i gave it 2 stars instead of one is that the costumer service was fast and gave me a shipping label in a day. "

"I ordered 20 CDs and they were all shoved in a giant mailer with no padding. Needless to say, there was broken plastic everywhere and discs fell out of their cases and were damaged. Two 3 disc sets I ordered were not checked and both only contained 2 discs. Some were drawn on with Sharpie, another had the tray card upside down and smashed crookedly under the tray without the side labels up. The worst package I've ever received with music, and I purchase orders this size about 5 times weekly for years for my music shop."
