"I'm an anxious person, flat out. So doing anything new or unfamiliar is very intimidating to me. I heard of Decluttr some time ago and had the app on my phone for ages before actually using it. I'm going to give details so that you know what to expect if you're anything like me. It really is as simple as they say. The most work you put in is finding a box to ship things in (or a printer if you don't have one). The scans are SUPER easy. You scan in your stuff, they tell you as your scanning what they're offering for it, and follow directions once you're done. (The directions were so simple I can't remember them in detail, so that's a good thing.) Then you box up your stuff (I used some grocery bags for padding in empty spaces to make sure it ships well). I used an old box I'd had leftover from an online order. I will say the offers are good for only 14 days, which is reasonable when you think about it because stock and demand change over time. Anyhow, you need to ship off your stuff within that 14 day mark or you'll have to rescan your items (not that it's hard to do to begin with, so starting over is easy. In fact I had to do just that because I waited). Then they email you a welcome package with VERY detailed instructions on printing your label and even have the closest drop-off locations you can use (or in some instances I believe your stuff can be picked up but that varies by location). The shipping label does all the rest. Just pack it up, attach the label well, and that's it. It took only a few days to get there, then a couple more for them to inspect that I did in fact send them what I said I would and that they were in good condition, and I got paid almost immediately after the inspection. I really recommend using this app. I most certainly will use them again."
"I received my OnePlus 7 Pro order half a week ago and I'm really enjoying using it. It was listed as the pristine condition and I think that is very accurate because the device actually came just like a brand new one without any cosmetic wear. Although this is a nearly 2-year old model, it is still very smooth and powerful. It also came with all original accessories (including the Warp Charger + USB C Cable) in an original box. So I'm overall very satisfied and I think the order is qualified for a 5-star. There's only one flaw which I found out and felt kind of disappointed about, that is the battery health. The battery capacity is only 87% compared to the original, which I think shouldn't match the "pristine" definition, though it's not bothering my daily use. "
