"My experience was been superb. I had a question by phone before ordering and they answered on the first ring! Who else does that these days? The answer was just what I needed. The kits were shipped exactly as requested and the installation instructions are excellent leaving nothing to chance. These people are definitely on my "preferred supplier" list!"

"Any experience with tonerrefillkits.com is exceptional. These folks actually care about their customers. When I ordered a toner kit different from what I had ordered in the past they actually called to check that I had not made a mistake in model numbers. Everything you could need to refill a cartridge comes with the kit right down to the screwdriver and M&M's. They are not required for a refill but my wife loves them,."
