A lot of companies these days want to skimp on the personal contact but we could never understand that... it doesn't make sense not to get in touch with customers because they are the lifeblood of business. Why would you pass over them just because a sale has been made?

"My current toner cartridge isn't quite ready to be replaced, so I haven't used the refill kit yet, but I am already impressed with the company and completely confident that the product will be just what I want. The tool kit (a one-time purchase) contains very sturdy implements, and the instructions are clear. The toner bottle is much larger than I expected. The package arrived within two days of ordering, and the customer support is fantastic. I ordered online at night and received a call the next morning to verify my order, thank me for my order, and tell me about the company's toll-free support line for assistance. The employee who called stressed that they want me to be a very satisfied customer. I can't believe I have been buying refills for my Dell laser at $100 a pop for years. I will update after I've used the kit."

"I am having some issues with leaking toner when the machine sits for a while between printouts. The Magenta cartridge just refilled is sporadically leaving red spots on the pages. Usually after a couple of prints, it will discontinue the spots, but after sitting for a number of hours, the spots will be visible again. Do you have any recommendations to remedy this?

Unfortunately, since most companies provide God awful customer service people have come to expect that every company they deal with will treat them the same way and simply don't even bother to ask for help.

And, that's despite the fact we have a six word guarantee!

(How do we know they don't ask for help? Because when we make our follow-up calls to customers we do find ones who during that call will say something like, "You know, the last time I ordered I had a question about this... or a problem with that..." and when we mention that we don't see any record of that issue in their "file", they say, "Oh, I didn't call...")

As I also like to say, "Kreskin (the mind reader) no longer works here (he got a much more lucrative deal in Las Vegas), so we implore you to let us know if you ever, EVER have a problem with anything we offer (or say, or post on our web site, ANYTHING) because the only issues we can address are the ones we hear about.

As you found (and as I phrase it and the gang around here hears this multiple times per week), we take our customer service, product completeness and tech support as seriously as a heart attack.

We are smart enough to realize there are other sources for toner and ink out there (about a JILLION of them) and the way to really rise above the rest is to nail everything do, but, especially customer service and support.

The instructions are one of our biggest accomplishments. In this industry, we don't see a lot of the competition coming out with detailed instructions as we have done (we've even had people try to directly copy ours, yikes); they take tons of time to put together but they're totally worth it in the long run.

"Attention to the smallest detail, very good value for the money. I was very impressed with the care to the detail, the kit included even a large paper to protect the furniture from toner overspilling! That is my third kit and recommend anyone to order from this supplier. "

Thank you for the great review. Though many of the gang here think I am "nuts" when I worry about something as small as an extra space between words in our instructions, a picture that isn't as good as it should be on our web site, etc., but I operate under the belief that "everything counts"!

The sheet of paper we include as the desktop protector is a perfect case in point... Though we have been including it for years (my thought was, "How many people have newspapers lying around, especially these days?"), recently, our supplier shipped us a pallet-load of a smaller size than we used to receive.

Of course, it still serves the purpose, just not as well as the larger size (which will return after we work through the ones we now have in house.)

Again, I truly appreciate your wonderful review, I thank you for taking the time to post it and on behalf of the team that made your favorable impression happen in the first place, thank you for being part of our customer family.
