As for a story, you'd be surprised. We certainly go the extra mile with each and every customer but, as you can expect, not everything goes out as planned but that's just being human, wouldn't you agree? Likewise, the moments when we miss the mark are excellent moments to learn about our business and practices.

"We find Tonerfillkits to be very prompt. We got our refill the next day. They called when they put it in the mail. I also like the finger flashlight and the small pack of M & Ms in the package. They are on our first to call list for refills."

It's always a wonderful thing to hear that a shipment arrived so promptly and that you were able to get everything running in such a timely manner. Likewise, we love hearing such kind words about our products and company so ... thank you!

The flashlight was originally placed in the kits just in case the small plastic pieces formed during the hole making step inadvertently fell back into the cartridge but they've taken a life of their own and we've heard a ton of great stories about the different uses our customers have for them. Personally, they're immensely helpful when getting home at night and you can't see the keyhole when trying to get in the house.

As for the M&M's, that's our way of "sweetening the deal" when it comes to the refill process. Yeah, we know toner isn't exactly the most exciting topic in the world but we figure you may as well have fun while you're refilling, right?

Anyway, not to talk your ear off ...

"Very pleased with process,even though i am half way around the world - it made no difference. The only criticism would be lack of info on courier service - i tried several, which came with not available outside the US, the one i tried was expensive, nearly as expensive as one of the colours, but by then i was tired the process, so i accepted it."

"Toner Refill Kits has always operated above my experience with refill kit companies. I use them exclusivly now. They are the first company that followed through with a call to confirm the web order. I used two other companies that provided toner but not plugs that fit. Its TonerRefilKits.com for me from now on!"

"I received refills two years ago, then my Samsung printer died. Samsung refused to honour their warranty, so I bought an HP. TonerRefillKits.com exchanged my old, unusable toner for the toner required, no questions asked. Few companies have this quality of service and I am doing my best to run my company to the same high standard. I get all my Ink and Toner from TonerRefillKits and any issues I have ever had (two tiny ones) have been dealt with with speed and urgency. If someone told me "You are just like TonerRefillKits", I would be so proud of my crew, my office, and all of their efforts.
