"Great product at a great price. The instructions are excellent as is the support if needed. I am a returning customer. i love that they now include small stickers to put inside your printer with their phone number and web site info. The hardest part about reordering was remembering their web site, now they have even solved that"

When orders come in, we're right on top of them; we immediately push them to the floor, get the packed and prepped, and ready to go out the same day (the only exception is with orders placed just moments before closing up for the night but, even then, we often drive the packages over to the post office!).

I noticed that you mentioned that you 'don't know' about our returns/exchanges/refund policy so I'd like to take a moment to mention that we offer a 100% guarantee which means if you don't like it, you don't have to pay for it. We'll take it back and refund 100% of your money (without those silly restocking fees and so on like other companies do). After all, why pay for something you didn't like, right?

"Just got a call from Annette about my order. She verified that I had ordered a toner refill but was worried that I had not noticed that I also needed the installation kit. I assured her that I indeed had the necessary kit. I don't know of any other company that would take the time to check their customer's orders like TonerRefillKits.com. (And I do a lot of online shopping.) They are one of the best and I will talk them up every chance I get."

We got a kick out of your feedback and it immediately reminded us of a quote from Bill Gates "I always choose a lazy person to do a difficult job because he will find an easy way to do it." Lazy, in this case, not meaning anything negative.

When developing the website we really wanted to make it a 1 - 2 - 3 approach to finding supplies. If you rewind almost a decade ago, the industry mostly revolved around these massive lists of printers - we still have that feature in the event someone wants to find their supplies that way but the "chooser" has truly made the process so much easier - we're glad you found it to be very intuitive and simple!

As for the refill kits - that's another area that we wanted to nail. Yeah, we go a little overboard in the details and including a TON of pictures but we wanted to make it the easiest set of instructions to understanding within the industry - I think we succeeded.
