Great Products, good customer service

"Shakira was very very helpful with my issue. I ordered $300 in Stanley Cup Championship Pucks. But the warehouse shipped them as if it was bulk shipping for regular pucks about to be played with. The oldest puck ordered was 38 years old. Pucks were not wrapped, barely any packing material and the box was twice the size it should be. So most of the collector pucks were damaged during shipping.

Shakira worked hard on trying to get a replacement shipment and I appreciate that. She also communicated every step of the way.

Emerson was also another agent I had in the past and was extremely helpful.

There were 2 other agents who were not very helpful and all and even lied to me. So the amount of customer service depends on the agent you get.

Good experience with great customer service!

"I had an issue with multiple orders being created and reached out to fanatics through the phone. I got really lucky and had Cristin! Poor Quality

"Ordered 3 items at my normal size. None of items fit skin tight and too small. I was able to return 2 items. The 3rd I was stuck with as I added a custom player name and number. They do disclose no refunds on custom items which I understood prior to ordering. Paying $60 for a sweatshirt I am unable to ware is waste of money. Quality of material and custom printing is cheap. In the future I will just shop at local sports store to try on items first before ordering. Lesson learned. "

Extremely helpful employees!

"While the Chat feature on Fanatics' website was unhelpful, both Diane and Cristin in Customer Service were amazing! It took a while to navigate through the voice prompts, but Diane was my first contact in trying to cancel an order, and she referred me to Cristin, who processed the cancellation and refund promptly and without dispute.
