Excellent customer service!

"When I received my package there was a problem with it and I was very upset! However after contacting fanatics customer service and speaking with Cristin, took care of my issue and listened on what I had to say. I received the new item today and it completely made my day! I was so happy and I couldn’t ask for any better service then what Cristin provided! "

Poor inventory management and shipping

"Have ordered twice from here and both times they didn't deliver the product. 1st time they canceled the order after a few days, it was supposed to be a birthday gift. Had to rush last minute to find a replacement. 2nd time was a Christmas gift. Ordered and was informed it was being shipped. The delivery date had passed and no word on our product. Finally called FedEx and they told us that they never received the product to ship. Called Fanatics and they told us the product was lost. They never reached out to let us know anything. They also couldn't send another, because it was now sold out."

Scam company

"Wish I could leave a 0 star rating. Christmas is ruined. Ordered in November for the holiday. Only shipped partial order. Now they tell me 1/2 of a matched ( husband and wife ) item won’t be shipped till January. Got notification too late to reorder elsewhere. STAY AWAY from this scam company. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering "

Wrong helmet case was originally received

"I had ordered 3 helmet cases. 2 came and were right. However, 1 was not what I ordered. Juan quickly sent me a replacement and a shipping label to return the wrong one. He responded to each e-mail I sent to him immediately.
Mistakes are bound to happen. I was totally satisfied with the resolution.

Ship wrong items, customer service is horrible

"When you receive your items from this place, they will be wrong size and wrong teams and they will treat you like it's your fault and refuse to switch items out or give refunds. You can only contact them over "chat" and they will be rude and give you the run around. I have ordered from them 3 times, had three incorrect orders, and I still have never had items corrected or been refunded once."
