Untrustworthy

"Untrustworthy source. Ordered customized NFL Jeresey ove 2 weeks ago and never recieved it. Now won't have jersey in time for the new season. All they did was applogise and refund my money which took 7 BUSINESS days. And I ffer me a 30% off coupon that I get in the emails.
I would t even hive them I start if I could.

how i was able on getting it

Had to return an item Sheila from sports memorabilia help the smooth transition

"I had bought in a buffalo bills frame for a jersey and they sent me a Detroit Lions one instead
Sheilah in sports memorabilia support I spoke to her on Friday and they had issued me a new order without charge so what I received the new correct item then I can ship back the old one because I tore the box apart by mistake.
Sheilah Lilo's on the phone help me tremendously because I was actually calling to speak to somebody else about the status and as I'm on the phone I get an email from her with the tracking numbers to my order replacement which is the reason why I was calling in the first place so before I even hit a chance she already was on top of it thank you very much for the personal touch and it makes the fanatics experience that much better

They are "DISCRMINATING" me for reasons they made up

"They blocked me from calling them they cancel orders I place but then they send me a email address and tell me to email them to explain what issues I am having but they NEVER reply to anything I send so here is a copy of a email they just sent me. Now they have sent me damaged hoodies and authentic hockey jersey with NO name on the back and even the wrong coffee mugs but that's Ok so read what they wrote. Dear Dennis,

"Ordered a Hockey Jersey, it was late for the holidays, the operator suggested ordering another one and he would expedite shipping. We did, that one was late too. Then when the second one arrived we went to return it an were told it was not returnable....what a scam. Over $200 and not returnable, we even offered to pay a fee. We will never buy from Fanatics again, and will tell everyone we know, which is alot of people not to use Fanatics.
We never would have ordered if the operator told us it was not returnable.
I'll be spending the weekend writing bad reviews on line and mass emailing my friends.

Grandma and granddaughter day not so good

"It was the worst experience we’ve had my granddaughter and I the go carts people kept bumping into us and they scared my granddaughter I ask for a refund or if there’s anything they can do to make this experience better and the worst woman I’ve ever met was mean and made me cry telling me I was being hostile which I was not the managers name is zahara And that woman doesn’t belong running a place that has to do with children or grandma she was rude and unapproachable a refund would be nice or an apology"
