Bad service bad product
“Please buy USMC gear elsewhere. After 20 years in USMC I am so disappointed. I ordered a tee shirt a few years ago, one sleeve was really tight and the other loose. Today I ordered a 3" gunny chevron decal and got a 2 3/4. Both times I was told well that is too bad. Lots of places to go to get good gear. If this guy was really in the Marines, I would have placed him on permanent mess duty. You know the type. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST ****.”

Bait & switch
“I bought a Aurora casket price was 1590 I got billed 1875 on the first bill and was told to call when mom had died. I called when she died and I got another bill for 2881 dollars when the final amount was 3281dollars. The add said free overnight delivery* I found out to late what the * was, over 1400 for delivery. I got a casket which wasn't what I ordered. But it was to late to get another one and Todd said 35% restocking charge and return shipping charge. I do not know how they stay in busine...”
