“I have had nothing but good results with revzilla. This last purchase was no different. I bought some lights that came in on time but missing parts. I wanted them for a weekend ride. Well needless to say customer service did it again... got me taken care of. They were even able to get me the new lights in time for my ride.

Very disappointed
“I had a very bad experience I was missing like 4 items and customer service was really rude they also told me that would be getting a email back about my issue I had with the missing items and still haven't heard nothing I was missing 2 leapfrogs for my children which they were very excited about and it was devastating when they weren't in the bags just so disappointed ”

Same Day delivery needs to improve.
“When the target shopper cancels items, please inform the customer. I could’ve atleast cancelled instead of getting substitutions that weren’t even close to what I wanted. Now I’m having to return items that I didn’t want in the first place. Waste of time and money. ”
