don't trust the delivery shopper to be on time
“Ordered from the website ands was told it would be delivered by 9am then got a text saying it will be delivered between 10am and 11 am then another text sayin 12-1 then one saying 1-2. This repeated for a total of 6 times and was only corrected after I called to complain. will never shop a Target again.”

Online check out was pretty awful
“The online shopping experience wasn't great and the checkout process was not good at all bc I continued to have payment process issues and not due to lack of funds like you'd expect. Took the time to sign up as a target 360° member and 1st transaction didn't go through bc my bank, a credit union blocked the purchase, obviously felt it wasn't a secure transaction.

Bad customer service
“I placed an order on November 22 and I still didn’t get my order, I emailed them a couple of times and I haven’t heard back. What’s worse is that I got a tracking number and it’s been stagnant for weeks. I knew I shouldn’t have ordered from a company that doesn’t have a phone number. Save the headache, don’t buy from them ”

Saved by the chairs!
“The headcount for our family dinner went from 18 to 24, so we needed extra seating, FAST! These chairs were delivered exactly on time, fit perfectly around the table, and looked sharp! Since we were already so busy, I was grateful we didn’t have to assemble them, too! It may not be the most comfortable chair for a larger person who has to sit for long, but it worked fine for us and a pad could always be added to the seat.”
