Good product but poor communication
“Within hours of placing my order I tried to amend it because I wanted a different frame. My calls all immediately went to voicemail and I received no callbacks. I quickly opened two tickets to give Great Big Canvas plenty of time to make this change before they started building my frame. I received an automated email response acknowledging my tickets were received but it was only after my order was shipped did I receive a note saying they were sorry but it's too late to do anything. 100% SCAM
“Do not buy from this company. They will deliver furniture that is damaged, they driver even stated that it was damaged, and will not stand behind it. The pull out a waiver saying that they are not responsible for damage furniture, even though you paid for white glove delivery. Save yourself the trouble and spend your money somewhere else.

“redmagic 9 pro. when buying, the delivery date is indicated as 10 days, in the end I waited a little more than a month. As an apology, they sent me a phone with more memory, for which I am very grateful.”
