Poor Customer Service and Bait / Switch
“Youll start out by creating the products you liked then to find they cost another 200 or more. Then soon thereafter you will get an e-mail requesting additional payment to complete your request. Your already time commited so your some what motivated to do so. Customer service won't respond or it takes a few days to hear anything back? Updated a few days later they have now sold out of what was originally requested. Logo's originally placed have been altered and placed in another location. Still...”

Terrible experience!
“Terrible experience! They ask for photo ID and selfie, which is understandable, but then they cancel the orders without notification unless you the check your orders in the account. Even there they don't give a reason for the cancellation. To make matters even worse, they don't reply to emails or phone calls regarding the issue. They have an F rating with BBB. They are based in Beaverton, OR, but thru the Oregon Secretary of State there is no record of their registration. I will be filing compla...”

Very Poor Service
“Cancelled my order due to the time constraints shipping from China, order was confirmed cancelled and a refund would take place.
a few days later i received a tracking code, i emailed saying confirming the cancellation - they then said they did NOT cancel it and I would have to have it , I do not want it , thats why I cancelled it - however they then tried to convince me to keep it .
roll forward 2 weeks later, still no refund and an email from elecbee telling me to go to the local pick up poi...”

Shipping taking 3 months
“I order a mod tank and coils on June 30, 2026. It's now September 11,2026. Still nothing. I was asked if I wanted a refund, store credit, or reship. I told them refund and they replied the order cleared custom and would be there shortly. They gave me a new tracking number and resent it. So I have to wait another month or longer. It's been over a week since the new tracking number and it's still awaiting shipping.”
