Don't shop with them unless you have a couple months to deal with customer service
“They sell cheap, breakable products. If you want them to replace one of their cheap, breakable products, then you have to wait for a process that takes well over a month to complete. I send them a picture of a cuff link where the gem (that's being generous, it was probably a bead) popped out of the cuff link the second I took it out of the container. I bought these for my wedding, which was a few weeks away at that point, and I didn't have time for the seller to receive the clearly broken item a...”

Shipping and Packing
“Shopping with Target is always great. The prices are always in a reasonable range. However, their packing of the products and their shipment packaging could definitely improve. My most recent order was fairly large. Instead of beinf shipped in two separate boxes they took two box taped them together and stuff all of my purchases into one box. Half of my purchases have to be returned and or exchanged because packaging on them is practically destroyed and theses are gifts for Christmas. ”

Not a bike-basically a DIY frame and parts.
“The bicycle was not shipped in the condition described in the assembly video on the website (a child can put it together). What was shipped was a frame with one brake assembly and the crank installed. That's it. No cables run, meaning disk brakes had to be bled, no shifter, grips or levers on the bar, etc. Basically I received a frame with a crank and spare parts bagged and boxed. The disc brake caliper wasn't even on the wheel. Your local bike shop will charge $150+ to build it up as they shoul...”

“I’ve had my tea set for approximately one year. The infuser started to go splitting at the top of the rim. I contacted customer support who immediately responded and offered to send me a new infuser. Very happy with my cast-iron pot and the company.”
