“It genuinely hurts me to write this review because I have done business with SonicGuard many times and regularly purchased licenses from them. Unfortunately, their service over the past six months has become extremely disappointing.
Nearly every time I place an order, I have to call repeatedly and practically beg to receive my license number. Each time, I’m told that they are experiencing website issues and that the problem will be fixed, but nothing seems to change.
