Extremely Frustrating Experience
“I ordered a 100W laptop charger for same-day delivery and met the $35 minimum. Target/Shipt delivered a completely wrong item (a mucus remover). While Target refunded the missing charger, they then required me to place another $35 order to replace an item they failed to deliver. Penalizing the customer for their own delivery error is unacceptable. I immediately canceled my Target Circle 360 membership and will think twice before ordering again.”

Great at promising, not great at fulfilling orders.
“I placed an order for Philadelphia Shaw carpet with Tim. I explained that I needed this carpet for a 2-week break to lay carpet in school during Christmas break. He checked inventory and said it would be no problem to have it there before break. School let out on December 18. When I contacted Tim on December 23, he claimed it had shipped that day from two hours away (Cincinnatti). December 31, and I still have no carept. Now, they claim it will be delivered on January 2, completely missing my in...”

Still waiting for basic customer service
“I’m honestly not sure how this company is still in business. I ordered a backgammon set from 2Modern on December 19, 2025. Within one minute of placing the order, I realized I’d selected the wrong item and immediately emailed support to request a cancellation.
I received no response, and the order was shipped anyway.
