The shipping was suppose to be free and arriving via USPS in 1-2 weeks. I'm still waiting and am now wondering if this is my first instance of Internet fruad. "I purchased Windows 98 for an older computer which had been wiped clean and needed an operating system. I was disappointed that what I got appears to be used. I paid $75 for what I thought was going to be new software. I received no box, no warranty, no operating or installation instructions -- only a diskette in a sleeve with a sticker on the back containing a product key. I also received a bag with an "internal pc power y cable." I don't know what to do with that and I am no closer to getting this computer running than before I spent $75 on this product. I e-mailed the company and when I got no response from them within a week I mailed the product back to them with a letter requesting a refund. Three days later I found an e-mail in my inbox stating that what I purhased was exactly what I needed and that the cables were sent out per the manufacturers instructions. They told me I could get a manual online but they didn't indicate where. I don't know whether they are going to give me the refund I requested. I'll keep you posted."

It's almost been 2months since i ordered the product and I still haven't heard much from them other than my tracking number got misplaced. "This vendor took a very long time to fulfill and ship my order. Ordered on the 22nd and did not ship until 12/28/04. Then I have to wait for USPS snail mail delivery. Four working days is far too much time to fulfill an online order."
