"I ordered a firewall security software program in good faith from your company. It never arrived after receiving an email saying it would be 1-2 weeks shipping time. After 3-4 weeks time of no reply, and no satisfactory answer by checking online,the status was something like : in progress....
So I called up and cancelled it over the phone. I thought my account charges would be cleared and it was a done deal. So instead what happens, is you have the gall to go ahead and send it anyway, now 6 weeks later. This is well after I h ad told the woman on the phone to cancel it. I am returning it as I bought it from another company who was more reliable and got me the software in a much more timely manner. I would not do business with your company again. "
"This was my second purchase that went as badly as the first. I ordered $240.76 worth of product. It didn't come. I kept checking status online to which I got "PENDING". I emailed, I called. Finally I canceled the order, purchased the product elsewhere and requested a refund. Three days later my order showed up. I refused the order. Have received several emails saying my $192.00 will be returned to which I have responded I want my full refund. To date, 40 days later I still have not received a refund.

I have just left "another" message at your customer support center. I am very dissatisfied with your service so far. I do not appreciate being lied to by your representatives. When I called to inquire about the status of my order # 4404-6522, which I paid an extra $8.30 for UPS shipping so I'd get it a little quicker, I was told by Stacy, that the item was "SO HOT" that it had to be taken off the website because they couldn't handle all the orders they where receiving. Not only was the product, 321 Studios DVD X Copy Platinum, NOT taken off the website, it is now being offered at a reduced price of $49.95. The problem is two fold, NOT ONLY has my product not shipped yet, and it is a full 10 DAYS later, I read from your website that, and I quote, "If the price of an item is lower on our web site after you purchase, we will credit you the difference within 30 days of the order date." WELL I THINK THAT STATEMENT APPLIES TO MY CASE. It has now become a thing of principles. As you can see I am now a little agitated.
If you do not agree to refund my credit card the difference, which should not have been even charged yet since the product HAS NOT SHIPPED, I would like to cancel my order in full. (Since this item is "SO HOT" I would think you won't have much of a problem selling the program I paid a total of $77.30 to someone else on your waiting list for $49.95)
I judge any business on how they operate. Sometimes it is as simple as "doing the right thing" which is very clear to see in my case what that would be. If you choose NOT TO "do the right thing" you will loose a potential GOOD customer which I don't think your in business to do. Delays can be understood. (since I work for a large corporation, this is something that I'm personally familiar with.)
I am sorry it has come down to this but so far TekDeal has made all the moves, and in my opinion, they have not been positive ones.

"My credit card was debited the day after I placed my order. I have not heard anything since. I sent 2 Emails asking about my order and got no response. I called them on the phone and chose the option to "Speak with a Representative". This resulted in a recording asking me to leave my name and phone number and they will "get back to me". I have heard nothing since. It has been 6 1/2 weeks since I placed my order."

My complaint about TekDeal is that they show the order date as also the ship date, when in reality, the product has not shipped and I have no idea when it will. E-mails to their customer service get no response other than the automatic response. There is no followup to answer a specific question. This is my second order from TekDeal and this has occurred on each order.
Update 5/02/05: As of this morning, my order is still listed as "Pending Fulfillment" and there is still no personal response to my earlier e-mail to TekDeal. This will be my last order from TekDeal even if it means paying higher prices elsewhere.

"Ordered Microsoft Office XP on 4/19 and requested UPS Next Day. It is 4/20 and I still haven't received the package. Although your price was excellent, please cancel my order. I have instructed my credit card company to dispute the purchase. If you can't even get the shipping right, I'm not sure that the product will be any better.
