"Tekdeal was very easy to use, had a lot of wonderful products at incredibly affordable prices (MUCH lower than I could find anywhere else!!!) and had the VERY BEST comprehensive product descriptions I've ever seen. That's one of my pet peaves: most similar websites don't offer full, complete, and comprehensive product details and specifications. I've grown sick of all the sites that offer seemingly great stuff that catches the eye, but the closer for me is if after the gadget and/or price grabs my eye I can dig into a writeup that spells it all out for me - Tekdeal does just that. I had never heard of this site before today when I searched for media player software for my PC. Less than an hour after I had clicked the url, I had purchased two products! Thank you for the great website.
Now, if you deliver the goods as well as you serve them up, I'll be a lifetime customer and tell all my friends about Tekdeal.
I have returned to add to my review of Tekdeal after having received notification that I should have received my order by now. It is, in fact, April 25, 2005 and I have not received the order I placed on April 15, 2005. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever get it. At any rate, this is remarkably SLOW service. I hope my order arrives, and this hasn't been an Internet ripoff, but even if it does I'm not satisfied with this portion of Tekdeal service. My recommendation: If your main concern is ease of website use and price, Tekdeal is pretty hard to beat. If you are concerned with receipt of your order within a reasonable time, choose another vendor.

"I have been trying to find someone to talk to about this order. I have been given the royal runaround from the beginning. When my order did not ship, I sent an email. I was told that the product was on backorder and was expected on or about April 11. The next thing I was told is that the order was shipped and received - NOT TRUE!! In addition, the UPS tracking number supplied comes up invalid. I realy don't know who else to turn to. I even tried calling, MESSAGE BOX FULL - no usde to me because I never get a call back. "Purchased on 3/12/2005 no correspondence from them until they finally replied to my e-mail on 3/30/2005 to tell me they didn't have it yet and "we will be getting shippment Friday of this week and early next week" and will ship it then.
After waiting so long I purchased the items localy and have been trying to get a response from them about refunding my card which they charged on 3/14/2005 even though they didn't even have anything to sell.

"The order was placed on 3/12/05 and the status was "pending fulfillment". I attempted to contact the retailer (Tekdeal) via email, phone and regular mail with no response to let me know when this would ship. Although they were moving to a larger facility, they should have responded with some sort of information over the last 12 days. I have cancelled their order and have obtained the item elswhere. Althought he prices are excellent, the customer response/service is unacceptable."

I've completed 4 Customer Support Web cases and haven't heard a reply on any of them. I tried calling but they always say we have a heavy call volume and to leave a message. "No one ever responds to e mails sent to inquire on progress of your order. You never get a real person when you try to call there "Customer Service". My order has been sitting there since 03/04/05 it did not show on backorder when I placed the order yet no one ever emailed me telling me of the delay in filling my order. I have not recieved one reply to at least three seperate emails I have sent to them. I would stay clear of this company and go to someone who answers there telephone. I would rate this company a zero when it comes to communication and filling orders. They bill your credit card right away but cant fill your order."
