"It was impossible to complete my order using Netscape. I had to click on "continue" several times to get to the next step in placing my order and entering my credit card number. Clicking on the final "submit order" never worked. I was finally able to complete my order, using Internet Explorer, but even this did not work on the weekend. "I purchased Windows XP Pro for a full installation... not an upgrade.
I placed the order on Thurs. July 29, payment was approved on Fri. July 30. The order did not ship out until Wed. Aug 4. When I did the clean install of this Os, I got an error message indicating that there was a problem with the cd. I called TekDeals on Sat. Aug 7, Mon. Aug. 9 and Tues Aug. 10, never once getting a live body and always leaving a polite message to please call me back. I still have not heard from them and it is the end of the business day on Tues Aug 10.
I am very disappointed in the customer service. Errors with cd's are understandable..it happens. But to not return a clients phone call?! That is a sure fire way to loose a return customer."
