Lack of Communication .. eReplacementParts EXCELS

"I ordered parts in November 2023, they flagged 2 parts as being on "Back Order". How many times from November to March did I get a follow up on the order? That I wasn't forgotten about? NONE, ZERO ... oh but don't worry they billed my credit card within days of placing the order, I guess billing is something they EXCEL at."

Fast, reasonably priced and the part WORKED

"My plastic top to my food processor cracked and pieces broke off— wasn’t able to superglue it back together. Luckily the broken part had the part number clearly printed on it so I didn’t need to hunt for a manual or go online to find what I need. Very easy to sign up and order my part. It took a few weeks to arrive but it worked perfectly and was cheaper than tossing a perfectly good food processor, which I would have had to do if I couldn’t find this replacement part. I was very impressed! Came carefully packed and protected too. "

Parts wrong in your computer

"According to your app I needed a 5140128-39 for my Dewalt DCV581H.

I ordered three of them and it is not right.

the stud holes on these are 1-1/4” apart and the part I need is 1-3/4” apart. So which one do I actually Need.

How do I get the right ones.

Actually the list shows two parts for this vacuum. A 5140128-63 for the left housing and the one I ordered for the right housing. But in actuality they are both identical on the vacuum I have.

Might want to correct you parts list.

Also neither one of these part numbers is correct. I have tried them both on my vacuum and neither one worked.

Makita table saw dado blade set able to use again!! THANKS

"I have a 25 year old Makita table saw, I lost the dado blade flange/nut set. All of the retail stores that sold
replacement and accessory parts are no longer around.
Fortunately, I came across this website which had OEM parts. As a matter of fact, this website still has
all OEM parts for this saw. What a relief, I did wait 60 days for the parts and shipping cost was a little
high, but considering having to buy a new saw, replacement parts a much better option.
Thanks for getting my saw back in working condition.
