"When searching for my parts, several other parts sites listed them as back-ordered. eReplacement Parts showed them in stock, so I ordered from them. A little over two months later, my parts finally shipped. I guess they weren't in stock after all. But they did fit well and work well."
"Here’s the deal:
PROS: E Replacement Parts has everything. Some items are hard to come by anywhere else. Their schematics are very simple to read and helpful.
CONS: I ordered 2 small bearings and slider for a fishing reel, but only ONE delivery option was available (3-5 business days - economy) with a price tag equivalent to 78% of the parts total. Second, the site says parts ship within 7-12 business days. It took 30 business days for my parts to arrive. Last, my order was incorrect. I received 1 bearing, 1 slider, and 1 tiny O-ring. I am especially irritated because the O-ring cost 1/10 of the bearing meaning the shipping now cost me more than the parts delivered.
I’m not saying to not use ERP, just don’t expect top notch service for that top notch price tag. I personally won’t be back. "

"Found the parts online and ordered them. Immediately charged for parts and shipping. Confirmation email was received saying parts were to arrive in 3 - 5 business days. Also email saying he parts are not returnable and no refunds. Well then the waiting game. After several days, I sent an email to ask about the parts. No response. So I sent several more emails and still no response to this day. Evidently their business is only open about one or two days a month since the parts finally showed up a few months later. Only to be the wrong part in the bag (nothing like the part I looked at and ordered).
DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!"

"Mixed review. I initially ordered the parts, and dummy me, thought that those parts on hand would be sent immediately. Wrong. Because one item was unavailable, all parts were being held but no notification was sent of this delay. Once I discovered this, I called, cancelled the one part on backorder, and received the order a few days later. Correspondence would have been appropriate and valued. I hope they react to this review and make appropriate changes.

"Purchased a replacement shoulder bag for a B&D blower-vacuum combination. Bag arrived in short order,but then the problems started. The bag blew out its top seam after only 3 uses. I had not had the bag to 2 weeks. Wrote the company about the problem and had a hard time explaining what had happened. Once they final opens my email with photos, they acknowledged there was a problem. Next email I received stated I could return the " incorrect item". I wrote back and told them it was not an incorrect item but the item was damaged. Apparently no one was reading my email. When they finally sent another email they understood it was a damaged item. That's when they told me I could return the bag for a replacement or refund. No acknowledgement however that they would cover the cost of shipping to or from their location. I don't expect to pay shipping charges for a defective problem. Guess I will try to repair myself and never do business with this company again"

"The part I ordered, ultimately, was perfect and just what I needed. It came in a timely fashion but the link to track my package didn’t work. My email to customer service regarding the link went unanswered. Finding the part on the website was difficult and I did not find the site user friendly. So, overall 3 stars, but if I was rating the part only it would have been 5 stars. "

"Good customer service. Gave the model of the iron and they matched the recommended replacement chord. It would great to have a tutorial video but I took pics of everything I disconnected so I could reconnect correctly. I was nervous and I replaced the without difficulty. Very happy that I didn't have purchase another expensive iron. "
