"I have a 25 year old Makita table saw, I lost the dado blade flange/nut set. All of the retail stores that sold

Fortunately, I came across this website which had OEM parts. As a matter of fact, this website still has
all OEM parts for this saw. What a relief, I did wait 60 days for the parts and shipping cost was a little
high, but considering having to buy a new saw, replacement parts a much better option.

"I called to place my order due to receiving wrong compressor pump from another co. so I gave the lady all my model and serial numbers and a description of my compressor to insure I got the correct parts. I was assured it would be a guaranteed direct replacement. the part that showed up was the exact part i returned to the other co. when i called back and explained the problems i was told it was the correct part. not even close. then i needed to buy a conversion kit for my pump. so I did. when it showed up it was a $4.50 compression fitting and 12 inch pvc hose all 1/4 inch. that kit cost $62.00. and no way to install it on my compressor. when i went to return it they wanted me to pay return shipping. after a couple more calls i finally got them to handle shipping. the pump sent was too tall. missing a port for a pressure switch, flywheel had to be replaced with my old one. had to purchase fitting from my local hydraulic shop and buy a gear puller to remove old flywheel. so much for direct fit. what should have been a thirty minute repair ended up taking three weeks. "

"The replacement ceramic bowl for my 2.5 fits my 2.5 q crockpot but must be slightly talker because now the lid won’t close securely. If I snap one side closed the other side pops up. This must be due to the pot size being slightly bigger than the original. That said the cost with shipping almost cost as much as a new crockpot but the ease of ordering and time I received the product was very efficient. So the customer service was very good. "

"Fedex Ground is just delivery fail after delivery fail.
You shipped out with them on 2/13. They failed to deliver before our close of business for over a week.
Out of desperation, we requested it be left at a branch so we could pickup - which is very inconvenient for a small business.
It just got to the branch on 2/28!
PLEASE find another way for basic shipments!"

"I needed a part for a food processor. I gave the Model number and saw what looked like the correct part. However, it was similar but did not fit. The information must have been wrong or incomplete. When I called the company, they did not know what happened and had no alternative. They did give me the phone number of the manufacturer whom I called. They sent the correct part. I sent the part back; I'm still waiting for a refund after two weeks. (I had to pay shipping.)
More frustrating was I put in my original search routine the model and manufacturer and ereplacementparts came up on top. So, I figured it would have the correct part. NADA. Bottom line: go with the original manufacturer. "
