"My twenty three year old bathroom exhaust fan motor burned up finally. I was dreading climbing up in the attic to replace it and searched the model number on the internet. Ereplacement parts popped up and had the original equipment motor available. I was skeptical that it was going to fit but it slid right in and took less than five minutes to replace. "I called on 2/23/2024 and asked if they had a part in stock. They said yes, so I ordered the part, and they charged $11 for 3 to 5-day shipping. 03/28/2024 I called to see where the part was. The woman on the phone said the part was N/A in their system. She couldn't tell us when the part would be back in stock or when we could get it, so we asked her to call Milwaukee. she refused to call and said they would give her no more information than what her computer said. After 10 minutes of trying to find out when I could get my part, I hung up with her and called Milwaukee, and they told me very quickly they had them in stock and to call 1800SAWDUST. I called, and it already shipped and will be here this week.
1. they lied and said it was in stock
2. charged me $11 for 3 to 5-day shipping (Never shipped)
3. refused to call and find out any information about the availability for the part.
4. they would not have lost my business if they just called Milwaukee instead of me calling and finding the part myself. "
