I asked about when can I expect delivery. Was told don’t know, it depends on the manufacturer. I asked about the 3 business day delivery fee charge and was told the 3 days would start once they received my part. I commented it was deceptive as nowhere in the shipping section did it explain that . The customer service representative then became rude & aggressive and told me I needed to read the fine print. I asked again when I could expect my delivery and was told in short order that I would get it when I get it. Very poor customer service. I reread the fine print & found nothing to support what the customer service representative had told me. I finally received my purchase several weeks later. But I feel I was ripped off $13.99 the cost of three business day shipping. Future buyers beware!!!"
