Exactly what I was looking for

"I have been searching for a replacement handle for my hammer drill for the longest time. I am very pleased that everything was listed by tool model and easily searched.

Shipping was fast (shipped within 16 hours) and parts arrived in pristine condition. Included with the in the invoice email, they actually include a link for installation instructions if you might need them too.

Horrible service will not be ordering from them again.

"Placed an order waited weeks while status went from shipped to delayed and then no communication whatsoever. Wrote to cancel the order because I couldn’t cancel online. Then I got an email saying it was shipped again with a tracking #. 5 of the 7 parts I ordered were delivered. I emailed a request for the missing parts. I was told all 7 are showing delivered. I sent them a pic of their own packing slip which showed 5 items had been delivered. They initiated a refund for the other 2 items. I asked them to cancel the refund and send me the parts. They said they “couldn’t” do that and I would have to re-order the parts not delivered. Needless to say I wasn’t going to do that. I will never order from eReplacement parts again and neither should you. "

Right part, problem solved, expensive shipping

"All is well with my order, and my tool is working fine, but I'm not pleased with paying $10.99 "Econoship" shipping for a tiny item that would fit in a small envelope and waiting 9 days for delivery!"

Shipping took forever

"The part fit as expected but it took forever to receive and the shipping fees were ridiculously high. I was charge $10.99 for a $3.99 part that weighed about 6 ounces for economy shipping. I ordered the part on 3/24/24 and the site said there was two in stock but it wasn’t shipped until 4/20/24. Not happy with the service."

Never received part

"My order was split into 2 shipments and I never received one of the boxes. When I asked the shipper, they said I needed to open a complaint with eReplacementParts to get refunded. I emailed eReplacement Parts, forwarding them the shippers request and never received a response."

5 months late and doesn't work

"The coffee basket replacement that I ordered came 5 months after I ordered it and was missing the spring that enables me t remove the pot while the coffee is dripping. Since this was the only reason I needed a new basket, this purchase was worthless."

Lenghty wait time

"I ordered my parts originally 12/28/2023 with a 1-2 week anticipated delivery time. It took several calls before I finally received my order early April of 2024. I've ordered from eReplacementParts several times before and have always received items in a quick manner, but this time took so long that it lead to me just ordering a new tool of which I had ordered parts to repair."

Lady screwed up!

"I placed an order online. And paid for 2 to 3 day shipping. A week later nothing. I called on a Friday. The lady said he was held up because of a spring. I had her cancel the spring. She said the order would go out Monday and 2 to 3 business days. Thursday, of the following week nothing. I called again, talk to a guy he said we have all the parts here and I said that’s what the lady told me and she said it would be sent out on Monday and it be 2 to 3 business days. I told him overnight shipping he said we don’t do business like that here , so the parts came the day l Was leading for six months, heading back up north. So my 3/4 of an acre of property did not get mowed before leaving. This is why I gave them a one star."
