"I am happy with my purchase and I was able to get both my vitamins and my clearance sardines . The packaging was excellent but the reason for the four stars is became it took a long time to arrive ,which is unusual for you guys . My past orders arrived in just a few days. I was also not very happy with ordering because you eliminated my old password and made it impossible to order online . I had to call and place my order by phone . I did try to establish a new password which was much longer and complicated than my original but at this time I don't know whether it worked . I will probably find out the next time that I place an order ."

"I hate ordering on vita cost.com. They throw all sorts of discounts at you unnecessarily, but then when you try to take advantage of them, you can run into all sorts of challenges. The product delivered was fine and prompt. The website is terrible, and the terribleness seems to be an attitude of their staff "

"I have had 2 bad experiences with Vitacost lately. I placed an order and it was never shipped and finally I called them and learned that the order had been canceled for some reason they could not explain. They didn't email me about this ever. My next order I noticed that they had entered 2 items when I requested 1 item. I changed it and updated it and when I looked at the order, it had the doubles. I called and they said they couldn't change it despite the fact that it was their error. I have been buying from Vitacost for a decade and lately it is just not the same."
