"I love Vitacost as they carry most of the items I buy locally, but at a discounted cost plus free delivery if I order in bulk. I would give a 5-star, but recently (past two deliveries) items had either been broken upon arrival or misrouted and not delivered. For the misrouted box, I was able to secure the items paid for via customer service. The process was well-handled and I have greater respect for the company as a result. As my broken items were few I did not ask for reimbursement."

"I've shopped with VITACOST for a while now. This time was not a good experience. Poor communication, delay in order delivery due to damage in shipment. Nobody bothered to let me know. I simply got a text saying my package has been delivered. I checked and rechecked outside every door of my home, but no package. I called and received no satisfaction and no apology from customer service. My order was duplicated and shipped out again. I received almost all of the items in one box. I expect the others in a separate shipment. "

"The two gallons were not boxed like normal. One gallon had broken through the plastic bag at the bottom. The other gallon just had a little brown paper to protect at the top. Because of how well the bottles were sealed there were no issues. This shipment was not the normal shipment I regularly receive. I was grateful for the George's Always Live Aloe."
