"I love Vitacost as they carry most of the items I buy locally, but at a discounted cost plus free delivery if I order in bulk. I would give a 5-star, but recently (past two deliveries) items had either been broken upon arrival or misrouted and not delivered. For the misrouted box, I was able to secure the items paid for via customer service. The process was well-handled and I have greater respect for the company as a result. As my broken items were few I did not ask for reimbursement."
