"Once the order was made I received my order very fast and the 2 products I did buy have mixed reviews. The Yellow Bullet is an outstanding product for someone who has no energy. My wife has used all energy products from Red Bull, Amp, to the energy shots and even the 10 hour vial. She has used this with such abuse they no longer worked, well Yellow Bullets have put her back on top, now I just can't keep her quiet, her mouth goes a mile a minute. My other product was Max Stamina, this is a worthless product, whether you take 1 or 2 as it suggest you take, it does nothing. ZERO stars out of TEN for Max Stamina, where I give Yellow Bullets & out of 10 stars, it would have been higher but I don't get a minutes worth of piece while she takes 1 of these things. "We've ordered three times from VitaDigest due to prices. The first two times were excellent - no problems - received what was ordered and fairly quick delivery.
This time was horrible. We placed our order on 15 Aug. I decided to check on 27 Aug after wondering where it was. It had been shipped on 25 Aug with an expected delivery of 31 Aug. I then called Customer Service to find out why such a long delay. The representative explained they were waiting on a back ordered item and explained under no circumstances do they do partial shipments. She could not answer why I had not received notification of the backorder. I asked for a Supervisor -no one was available. She said a Supervisor would call me back to answer my questions. No one ever called.
Well my shipment arrived on 31 Aug...w/o the backordered item. I called Customer Service and spoke with Tiffany. She said the item was discontinued - not backordered. So why did you keep my order for over 12 days for a discontinued item and never even emailed me the details? I further asked if she could credit my order or give me a discount on my next order but she said she was not allowed to do that. I explained that I can get all of the ordered items at my local health food store and even though they are more expensive - I don't have to wait 16 days to get my order to only find out the backordered item which is in fact discontinued is not included. I further explained that if this is the kind of service I can expect in the future - I will just pay more but shop at my health food store. She said "that's fine" and hung up. I was willing to give them another try, but that kind of customer service is unacceptable.

"this company is horrible. i ordered an item on August 7 and they charged my credit card. after having received a fedex tracking number, i noticed my credit card was credited for the amount. i looked for an email from them for an explanation, but didnt see anything. when i clicked on the order status link, it said my order had been cancelled. no notification from them whatsoever. seeking an explanation, i called their customer service line multiple times but kept getting a generic voicemail, whoever runs this company is an incompetent moron who should learn how to run a business. stay far, far away from these imbeciles"
