"I placed an order--said it was shipping--received a whole different order(my label on the box A WHOLE DIFFERENT ORDER SHEET IN THE BOX)--called, they said they were out of the product and had refunded my account(WITHOUT CALLING OR ASKING MY PERMISSION)--said they were going to send a prepaid label to send the product back to them but has yet to be sent.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"very bad service. Most items are on back order. They charge extra to ship things seperately. They send an email saying orders are ship with a fake fed ex number so when you call weeks later, your order is sitting in the warehouse as most of the items they can not afford to have in stock so they only order them after they have your money! Avoid at all cost. There are several other on line companies that are honest and upfront so do yourself a favor and use them....Avooid vuts-indigest!!!!"

"Sorry everyone. My English is not perfect. Because I'm foreign and still learning Engilish. Although, why I am written this? Because this shop is crazy!!! I ordered 14 supplments (because that free shipping), after that they call and email me couple of times. Their question was "which is the address where you receive your bills every month?". I responted them about it same as their question whenever. I felt like they are strange... Then I received my order. It is the wrong qty... I sent email them about it and their answer was "unfortunately we only had 11 bottles is stock" (of course they charged shiiping fee). But their website is still "in stock" now. I hope that no one order to this shop. Because THIS SHOP IS CRAZY!!!"

"The order has not showed up and has not even shipped. No calls or emails to notify of any out of stock or backordered items. They have done a great job building their web-site and getting placement, also showcasing outstanding prices, but have failed in keeping customers happy. too bad for them and their future. "

"Do not waste your time with Vitadigest!!! They are very unprofessional and dishonest. They say products are in stock which are not, say they have shipped the order but have not, when I called they told me the items had arrived and were being shipped that day, they did not. I ended up canceling my order after a week when it had not been shipped. Wasted several hours "shopping" and got nothing. Their prices look great but their service is horrible.

Also, please note, they sold my email address and I now get scores of spam messages every day! How dare they!

I ended up going to http://www.iherb.com/ and got great prices AND service, fast shipping and even saved an extra $5 off my first order by using this promo code: KID021
I will continue to use iherb.com, have ordered from them 4 times now, and will never waste my time on vitadigest again.

"I ordered the blueberry extract, the site said the product was in stock. I got an email a couple days later saying that the product had shipped. I waited a week and didn't receive the item, so I emailed the company and they said 'sorry, the product wasn't in stock, but we got some in today and it shipped today'. WTF???

The site says 'in-stock' I get an email with a tracking number and both were lies?

They will never get another order from me.

"I was unhappy and dissatisfied with the Kegel Pro I received! There was no picture of the actual product when I looked at it, but I took a chance and ordered it anyway, because it sounded good... BIG MISTAKE! I received a very cheap version that was very overpriced! They also charge a restocking fee, which is ridiculous since this is a little item and it would take no time to put it back into stock. Overall, I think the Kegel Pro is a BIG RIP-OFF and I would not buy from VitaDigest again! I found a much better quality product for half the price at another merchant online after I had already purchased this item from VitaDigest! I will not buy there again because of their retun policy and deceptive advertising!"

"Don't order from this store if you expect good customer service! I ordered an item with a manufacturer defect and never got an answer to my emails. Finally got an email saying: read the return policy. If you go over 15 days for a broken product (not your fault), you're stuck with it! I can understand the customer breaking it themselves, but a defected product should always be returnable! "

"I am completely dissatisfied by my experience with Vitadigest. I purchased a Liberator product on 27 Jan 2009 with the intention of giving it as a Valentine's Day present. The website stated that the product was in stock and would ship within 4-5 business days. Two weeks later (9 Feb 2009), I had not received the product or any information from Vitadigest about the status of my order. I called customer service and was told the item was on backorder. When I voiced my dissatisfaction about this, the customer service rep took my phone number, said he would speak with his manager, and that someone would follow-up with me. I did not receive a return phone call. I called customer service again on 10 Feb 2009 and was told the item was on backorder and wouldn't be available for shipping for an additional 3 weeks. That's 5 weeks after originally placing my order! Vitadigest had no explanation why I hadn't been contacted about this status. I probably never would have heard from them until I inquired. Interestingly, when I checked their website on 10 Feb 2009, the product is still listed as being in stock. Needless to say, I cancelled my order and will never shop there again."

"NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! As you can see, my order was place in January. It is now the 13th of March...and I have just now received any sort of commnuication from this company. I have attempted SEVERAL times by phone and e-mail to get information about my order. None of my attempts have been returned. I had the sinking feeling to call today because the status said that my item was cancelled. When I spoke to a woman...she was EXTREMELY rude and snotty. I am asking her to explain to me what happended and she had the nerveto get an attitude. When I asked for a manager, she was rude about that as well. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE JUST A HEADACHE, AND NO NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! "

"Placed order and received an email saying it's complete AND giving me a FedEx shipping number. Waited a week and it never showed. Checked the site and said the order was cancelled. I called customer support and they were less than knowledgeable. Sounded like a guy running it from his bedroom. Gave some excuse that the manufacturer was out of stock. I asked why I wasn't notified and after putting me on hold came back and said they show that I was. I NEVER was notified by email nor phone. (And I checked my spam folder and no email.) Stick to reputable sites. I tried this because it was cheaper."

"My experience was not good, I do not recommend them. Delivery speed is almost two weeks and still no order! I sent customer service this note: "I noticed on my credit card that you refunded much of the amount without letting me know and now checking the status you completely dropped a large chunk of my order. I assume this means you do not have the Zen Mind in stock but here is the problem... The Zen Mind was essential for the order and now that you dropped that without letting me know or cancel the entire order I must go and find it somewhere else. But the quantity I need will not be enough to get me free shipping so by splitting my order you are going to cost me shipping on the product I really needed most. This is my first time using your site but this is not good customer service. If you had informed me that you did not have the Zen in stock, I would have cancelled the entire order so that I could get all the things I needed, in a timely manner, in one order, and with free shippping." The response I received was "SORRY ABOUT THAT BUT WE CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER IT WAS ALREADY SHIPPED OUT." Basically they said too bad, we don't care that we cost you money.

"Vitadigest.com must be a casualty of the economies collapse. I purchased from before and had no problems. Now no delivery, there is no return call from the msg. machine and nobody answers the phone or emails. I'm going to file a claim at my charge card company."
