"So on March 1 I ordered a product. On March 2 I received an email saying that it was shipped and I would receive the product on March 7 and they gave me a UPS tracking number. I looked at my bank account and saw that VitaDigest also took the money out of my account(like i expected). Well today is March 7 and i decided to go to UPS.com and check on the tracking of my product and it said they havent received any products from Vitadigest. But how could that be since they told me it "shipped"? So I their costumer service three diferent times because they all kept telling me I should receive it today even though UPS doesnt have anything from them. Finally the last guy i talked to "Patrick" told me that they just got the product in today and will ship it out tonight or tomorrow and now I have to wait even longer and they refuse to pay for next day shipping. I did not receive any emails from them nor any phone calls to tell me this product was on back order. I dont like how they lied to me and said something was shipped when infact nothing was shipped at all. This is a horrible company and I will advise anybody away from this lieing/deceitful company. They have no ethics or morals...they just want your money. STAY AWAY."

"Hello,
I hadn't used VitaDigest before, but I went ahead and ordered 9 bottles of d-phenylalanine through them on a Saturday and received the shipment in just 4 days in perfect condition. The supplement itself, d-phenylalanine by "Doctor's Best," was available for the lowest price through VitaDigest; it's usually a challenge to find this product, let alone to find it available for such a low price. The site also had a coupon and an extra product added in free for my shipment. I strongly recommend the site for anyone!

10/10 for overall satisfaction. 10/10 for shipment speed, pricing, and product availability.

"I ordered a strippers pole for my wife for Christmas. The pole arrived on time but the guide book and the how to video were not enclosed although the shipping documents said they were.
I called them at 10:45 AM PST on 1/6/12 and spoke with "Linda" who was having a problem with understanding me. She kept me on the phone for 25 minutes and at first insisted I had returned the pole. She then shifted gears and said she was going to call the manufacturer and would call me back before 5:00 PM PST. I waited until 1/11/12 and did not receive a call.

On 1/11/12, I called again and spoke with "Ricky". He was polite but also said his records were marked that I had returned the pole. After correcting him, I again asked about the Guide and the DVD. He said he would speak with his manager and would call me back. About 20 minutes later he did call me back and said his manager told him the manufacturer was no longer enclosing the Guide book and the DVD. I asked him to ask why they continued to advertise it and would they try to locate the missing items or something similar and send them to me. Ricky said he would have to call me back again. That was at 2:35 PM on 1/11/12.
Still no call as of 1/14/12.
This was the first and last time I will deal with them.

"Ordered a bottle of perfume as a Christmas gift on 12/20/2011 with 2nd day air shipping, I realized that it would be cutting it close for X-mas but if it was a couple of days late I'm fine with that. But as of today 1/5/2012 I haven't heard anything about the order except for the purchase confirmation email and the charge to my bank account. I've tried calling both of thier numbers and can't even leave a message. If they are out of stock, or backed-up, or out of the office on a several week bender at the bars they should let me know that the product won't be arriving, its the least they could do, and is just basic customer service. I think what bothers me the most about the situation is not being able to contact the company in any way. I hope they make good and at least refund the steep 2nd day air shipping fee. If they do I will certainly update this review. Bottom line: I don't reccommend giving your money to these people.

Update: they have said they will refund the 2nd day air charges and that I should recieve the product next week.

"They make you think their a scam and frustrate you beyond belief. First off, $6.99 is too high for shipping. When the package doesn't arrive, good luck calling these people. I call both number at 2 p.m. pst [***-***-**** and ***-***-****] repeatedly and no person or answering machine ever picks up. I have called on three different days, the same result. My confirmation e-mail doesn't include a tracking number, only a vitadigest number that doesn't work for tracking. Is this a scam? It sure feels like a total scam to me at this point. I'm a few days away from calling my bank and reporting this as a scam."

"My Wife recently ordered four items from Vitadigest. When the shipment arrived, two of the items were not included in the box. We called Vitadigest's customer service and spoke to a girl named Tiffany. Needless to say she was not the most pleasant person to talk to and acted as if she had something better to do. When we asked where the other two items were, she said they had been discontinued. We would liked for Vitadigest to have made an effort to let us know this. The two items were for a Halloween costume for the night we received the package and now my Wife had to scramble to find the items locally. Very poor customer service and communication.

One of the items we did receive was too small. When we talked to Tiffany, she said we could obtain and RMA # to return the merchandise on their website. When we tried this and clicked the link that was supposed to get us this return number, it would take us to Vitadigest's homepage. Again we called and got the ever pleasant Tiffany and again she was extremely rude and tried to immediately pawn us off onto someone named Ann. After a brief discussion, Tiffany supposedly filled out the RMA for us and we're supposed to be getting an email about it soon. We'll see! To be honest we really don't expect it and we know we'll be calling the friendly Tiffany again.

I had another poor experience with Vitadigest earlier this year (read below this review) and swore I would never do business with them again. Unfortunately I went back on my own word and thought I'd give them another chance. Obviously nothing has changed and never will! I will say that NOW, I will NEVER do business with Vitadigest again!! They are rude, their communication stinks, and when you do have an issue, they do not care!! There are better supplement stores out there with cheaper prices and better customer service. Everyone do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY FROM VITADIGEST.COM!!!


I have shopped at Vitadigest many times over the past few years and have always been satisfied. They have always had good products at competitive prices. Recently I had an issue with Vitadigest and it was how their customer service department handled the problem that will ensure I NEVER buy from Vitadigest again.

I recently bought several fitness products from Vitadigest and they were shipped via FedEx ground. It took the usual 5 days to be delivered which was expected. One of the items I purchased however was the wrong product. I immediately contacted Vitadigest's customer service department and informed them of the problem. The rep informed me someone would have to call me back within 24 hours to resolve the issue. No one called. I contacted Vitadigest again the following day and the rep said they were shipping the correct item and a return label to send the incorrect item back. She said it would be sent FedEx ground and would take 5-7 days. When I asked about Vitadigest shipping the item express so that I could receive the item quicker, she said that would not be possible, even though admitedlly it was Vitadigest's mistake.

I understand that mistakes by companies happen but it's how that company handles the mistake that seperates the great companies from the bad ones. The least Vitadigest could have done was ship my correct product to me express so that I could have it quicker to utilize. When someone is training and on a strict supplement regimen, we need the supps now, not a week from now! Because of this, I will never buy from Vitadigest again. I have dealt with many other online supplement companies that have the same products at very competitive prices and have GREAT customer service. NOT VITADIGEST!!!

"An order placed 0n 9/20/11 has not been received yet (10/14/11) despite the confirmation of order that was supposed to be shipped within 24 hours. My credit card was charged on 9/20.
Since no further email for tracking # was received, a call was made on 9/28 to learned that the purchased product was out of stock but will be shipped the next day. I was told that no notification of out of stock was sent since they are using an "automated system"...
Very poor customer service, bad follow up, charge of my account before effective shipment.
I do not recommend anyone to deal with these people and go through the same headache.

"Apparently my order was never processed. However the purchase was immediately charged to my credit card. I sent an e-mail to their customer service department, received e-mail to give them 48-72 hours to research the problem. Then no further contact until I telephoned them the following week and they said it was "pending." Did I still want the merchandise? YES - I ordered it, it was charged to my credit card, YES I wanted it!!
Never received an e-mail saying the order had been shipped, never received an e-mail with tracking numbers. After I once again e-mailed their "customer service" (hah!) department, they sent me a tracking number and it looks like the shipment is enroute. I will NEVER order from them again.

"Ordered two 5 lb containers of Whey protein powder. They were priced at $34.00 if you bought one. If you bought 2 the price was $31.00 each, two for $61.00 plus $6.99 for shipping. That would result in a total of $68.99.
Received my order with the amount charged of 74.99?
Phoned Vitadigest and was told that there was a $3.50 charge on top of each container. This is very deceptive and not plain at all, the operator at Vitadigest said that it was plain and I disagreed. She was not a person that should deal with customers. I will not deal with this company again!

"Super fast shipping, wide variety, good selection and prices. But, 2 out of the 3 times I've ordered from VitaDigest they did not ship my entire order.
