"Finding a Lil Gleemerz toy for Christmas turned out to be quite the ordeal. They were sold out everywhere and waaaay over priced from other third party sellers. But, ToyWiz came in clutch! Not only was I able to find and purchase one of these elusive little buggers; I was able to do so at a steal of a price in comparison to other places (due to the packaging being damaged which they disclosed upfront). The actual product was in pristine condition though, and I can't wait to see how happy my kid is with this! The shipping is pretty good too. My order shipped out the next day and was in my hands within like four days. Overall, A+ ToyWiz, wish all my transactions could be this enjoyable."
"So I wanted to buy a JuJu Smith Schuster pop figure. I purchased it, my card was charged, it never shipped. After talking with customer service I had to go back, order it again, give these people another $19 and when I went to track the package this morning, there was “no info available” so apparently I have been had by ToyWiz. Thanks guys, never buying your stuff again. "
"Bought a Steven Universe plushie from him in September through Amazon. Waited 4 months only to get an email saying sorry it's "unavailable." It was not only erased from my Amazon account by seller - no refund was even offered. To make matters worse - the seller has it listed now!!!! It's 4 times the price I paid! He realized the retail price I paid 4 months ago is less than he can resell now. So seller took my money and is selling MY item my daughter so badly wanted. That's just dirty. Amazon was shocked how it was wiped off my account and is supposed to ban this company from selling on their site. Amazon gave me a refund. Toy Wiz didn't even offer it! Avoid this company at all costs. They are even selling them on Ebay when they are allegedly out of stock!!! Dirty business practices! "

"Ordered a couple funko pops on Oct 11 (1 preorder, 1 not), it is now November 22 and I have yet to receive anything. Tried to email them Nov 6th and they gave me a copy pasted response about how the manufacturer can change the release date. But they hadn't, the item had been released on time in October and they just refuse to ship it to me. Been collecting since 2015 and this is by far my worst experience with a retailer. "

I was expecting 3 items ordered November 2017, amd still don’t know if a refund or items or some combination is coming. I will have to hunt bank statements to find charges and refunds (refunds I’m not expecting to find) and determine for myself if this company owes me money. What a joke."
"I paid 65 dollars for a Mega Salamence EX Premium Collection Box as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. There were two left. I got the box after a week. The packing box it arrived it was crushed and partially opened so already I was skeptical because of how much I paid for shipping. Upon opening the card box was crushed. It was wrapped to make it look like it hasnt been opened. I am unsure if all of the cards are there. I wanted to do something nice as a gift and this turned into a nightmare. I am livid. They did not even include the invoice number or any information in the box."
