"Since i couldn't give zero stars i had to give one. This stole $3,000 from me two weeks before Christmas. I bought a Jurassic World Plesiosaurus on "pre order",went to bed that night and woke up to over $3,000 missing from my bank account. They took my card information and made purchases at Walmart, Best Buy, Tele-Flora, 180-Flowers, The PopCorn Company and Netflix. TWO WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!! And it'll be 2 to 30 days before I can get my money back. Thanks for ruining Christmas."
"Extremely unhappy that my parents got suckered into buying from this company via Walmart website. They inflate prices so bad. Parents bought a stuffed animal from Abby Hatcher show not realizing it was a 6" plush and that it was being sold at more than 3 times the retail price. Parents paid $35.60 (26.99 plus tax and $6.99 shipping) for a small 6" stuffed toy that costs less than $8 retail from original source. It's sad that they are ripping people off and Walmart is enabling them to do so. When I reached out for full refund I was denied. Happy to warn others now!"

"My daughter wanted one thing for her birthday. My wife found the very toy my little girl wanted on ToyWiz's website. It was a preorder, and it was "guaranteed" for delivery by sometime in October 2020. My wife pre-ordered the item. October 2020 is now here, but they contacted my wife and said that "the manufacturer" has "discontinued" the item and it is no longer available. The item was still listed on their website when they told my wife this. The day after they contacted my wife, they not only still had it on their site, but they raised the price and listed it as "in stock". So, rather than honor a "guarantee", they lied about it, saying it was discontinued by the manufacturer, and then listed the "discontinued" item on their website for a higher price the very next day."

"I ordered a product back in March, a pre-order which was suppose to ship in June.
My credit card was charged and I did pay for this months ago. I never heard anything back, I even forgot about it until recently. I ordered a mini figure for a friend and when they mentioned something about it. It hit me, oh yeah I ordered this months ago and never heard anything if there was a delay, nothing at all. Everything went completely silent and I have had difficulty getting ahold of something to get a refund from back in March. It wasn't a large sum, but the point of the matter is I paid for something which I never recieved. Not a very pleasant experience. This was my first and will be my last order from Toy wiz because clearly they aren't in the business for satisfying their customers. "
"I have had great experiences with the physical store but my interactions with the website has been terrible. in store pickup was available for my item so I had to pay shipping. Book was supposed to come with digital content, it didnt. Book had a massive dent in it when it arrived. When i contacted facebook page they essentially told me, sorry thats shippings department and gave me a phone number. Phone number goes to a auto recording to use site. Site forum is a deadlink complete with "404""
"Sells fake products. Website blatantly states a brand name, but what you get is a made in China knock-off. The knock off is also vastly different than the products its trying to pass off as. I bought beyblades from this site for my kids thinking they are Takara Tomy beys, but they were fake and not worth even 10% of the money I paid for it including shipping! They do not offer refunds unless they get the product back at your cost. Even then, some reviews say, you never get the money back. So upset."
"On novembre 21st 2019 I pre-ordered an item to be supposed to be shipped on April, but I did no received any communication about news or if got cancelled due covid-19 or something else. I can wait a little more, but that's not the point, the point is I received no communication or news or updates about this pre-order. I tried to contact them, but nothing. So, I just lost $143. I never will buy anything from them. That's a reason so many people don't like these "pre-orders in full" thing. "

"I placed my order on New Year's Eve, got a really good deal on the Silver Sandman Ankh, and received it in the mail a week later, within the shipping window, well packaged and as described in the listing. I had a question and sent it by clicking on their Contact Us Link. The question was answered in the same day, telling me what I needed to know. I would be happy to shop there again."
"I placed an order in September, still not shipped in January. The phone number on toywiz's site is just a hotline for ads. I payed with paypal and the dispute window has ended so I am screwed out of almost $100"
