Customer Service Lied to Me... Twice

"Ordered a toy on 12/9 because I needed it by 12/14. Didn't come on 12/14 so I called. Customer Service says it's just delayed in shipping and should come in the evening of 12/14 or by 12/15 at the latest. By 12/18, still no toy. Call on 12/19 and Customer Service says it's "lost in shipping." It finally arrives 12/26. When I track it, it shows it was actually shipped on 12/24.

Over promise and underdeliver

"I ordered McFarlane Stranger Things action figures on 11/17. Website stated it would ship at end of November. I called a month later on 12/18. Customer service rep told me that now it will be shipping in January. Rep was very polite but said that the small print (probably need a microscope) said ship date could change. How about an email to notify customer? Here is the kicker. I clearly chose not to have my credit card charged until item shipped but they charged my credit card anyways. This operation is out of NY which doesn't surprise me that they are shady at best. Won't order from them again. "

"These guys are shady liars, do not ever EVVVVER use this site.
If you go through reviews on google where they have 4.5 star rating you can tell that the reviews are fake and posted by people who clearly cannot spell and generally seem like bot reviews.

Thieves Stole my Money didn't send item

"Gave me fake tracking number months after an item should of been delivered. Very rude customer service I collect toys and have never had such a bad experience nor have I ever reviewed a toy company because it's all been good. This was straight up thievery "

Doubled the Price after check out.

"I looked on the website and found the item I wanted. Rocket League pull back car. Price for bundle of 20 cars was 139.99. because of international shipping price went up $50 to $185.00 Within 2 Hours I printed out the last transactions I did from my BANK receipt. Its showed TOYWIZ removed 285.00. Can you friggin believe this. Never would I have ordered EVER, if I knew. "

Rude, liars, and super expensive

"I have only placed two orders with this company. The first order i got on time with no problem i was satisfied. Recently placed an order back in November. That i have still yet to receive. I noticed that in my eemailit have the tracking number and it was being sent to an address that I haven't lived there in over 3 years secondly when I called to rectify the situation they told me that they will wait for the product to get shipped to his destination have it sent back to the post office then to their company where they will then send me a full refund and my product free of charge to this day I have still yet to receive my product I have seny email in which i have never gotten any response to , i have called several times and the customer service representatives are always disgustingly have, over talking me, cutting me off when I'm speaking and generally just making me feel as if I don't know how to order something offline I was told that I was going to receive a full refund and the supervisor refuses to give me it said claiming that I can only receive one or the other and no circumstances have I ever ordered anything off line and it took over a month to ship when it was only supposed to be 7 to 10 days except for once when I order from the website wish and even then I still receive my product and my full refund once I asked for it almost every time I've ordered offline and and something like this in the situation happens I've usually gotten either some type of customer credit or my full refund in addition to my product this company is a complete rip-off they overcharge for products, prices inflate almost every other day and they charge way more than their competitors product that I ordered in the beginning of November I will not receive until January"
