30 Days still waiting for ghostbusters trap toy

"Still waiting 4 ghostbusters trap 30 days. I am very nervous because it has been a month and my grandson has not received his ghostbusters trap. I feel so bad for him, as he is only 5 years old and I don't get to see him often because I live 10 hours away. I fear he isn't going to get his gift now. I will change my review accordingly if he receives his gift but there is supposed to be a Norton protection on the purchase. Very confused here."

Terrible communication

"I looked to make a purchase through Toywiz in Nov of 2018 on an item that was supposed to be in stock for my sons birthday (it was estimated for Jan 2019). I placed a pre-order, and after his bday came and went, I completely forgot about the order as my card wasn’t supposed to be charged until the product was in stock, but nearly a year later, I got a UPS shipping alert that my purchase was on its way.

I am shocked that Toywiz never checked in with me to make certain that I still wanted the item (and especially when in fact i don’t), or that my shipping address remained the same, but rather they charged over $100 on my Credit Card and shipped the product without any concern or care.

The gap in time is close to a year from my initial pre-order to when UPS (and not even Toywiz) notified me of the transaction.

I called their customer service team and I remain less than optimistic they will make it right.

How can there not be an expiration of pre-authorization?!

I also used a US shipping address (which I would have been visiting at the time) but I live 2 hours from the destination address so I won’t even be able to meet their criteria for returns unless I plan a road trip to retrieve it.

How is it possible you sent me an automated cart reminder that I hadn’t completed my purchase last year, but you conveniently don’t have an equivalent system to alert customers that stock is is now available, nor a workflow to ensure that pre-orders submitted after such a substantial period of time are still appropriate and should be processed?

Dreadful, stay away!

"Bought two LOL OMG dolls because they were only on pre order in Smyths toy store. All I could do was laugh when they came. Euro shop dolls with a clear plastic bag of random stuff. Lesson learnt for me but to everyone else don't even bother. (Edit) contacted company who said they would issue me with full refund un 4 to 9 days. We'll have to see if that happens. Least it's something! "

FAKE!!!! LOL Fasion Dolls

"If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a LOL Fasion Doll Royal Bee for my daughters 7th birthday. I opened the plastic bag packaging to find a very dodgy printed box. Luckily I opened the box to find it was complete fake. They didn't even bother to try and fake it well. No separate bags for the clothes, the box was not usable as a wardrobe as the true dolls are. It was a £1 doll with some random clothes in cheap plastic bags. If I had not opened it and just gave it to my daughter for her birthday, it would have ruined her day as well as up set her. Unbelievable! I have pictures too, if anyone would like to see just get in touch!

Do not pre-order, won't get goods.

"It's been months since release and still no items. Sent email and get generic response with no knowledge of the item.not happy, Eldor and hero have been out for months now, and nothing! Poor customer service. Item never shipped. Took my money and nothing."

Damaged Box of Cards Shipped

"I ordered two starter decks from the LOTR TCG Black Rider series. One of them was OK. The other had gotten wet and the cards were moldy and stuck together. I managed to get them apart and cleaned up. But was very disappointed in the deck, especially after paying $10 plus shipping. And it was not something that was hidden. A quick glance at the box would have revealed that it was damaged."

Please stay away from this company...nothing but disappointment!

"Please stay away from this company. This was the first and last time I will ever try to order anything from them. I placed a pre-order in June for an action figure for my son. It was to ship the end of June release date. After several emails back and forth I was told it would be released in July...and now they say August. Amazingly enough, even though toywiz claims it hasn't been released to them yet from Neca, I found one for $2 more on another website. No pre-order needed. It will arrive in less than a week! So, I just emailed toywiz to cancel my order!!!"
