"Fool me once, shame on you. fool me twice, shame on me. I had purchased a Thor Ragnarok sealed case. The outside of the case had been smashed pretty hard. I was told the Box did its job protecting the items inside. (Not cool). The only way to know if the items were damaged would be to unseal the sealed case.( defeating the point of a seal case). Tough luck for me. My second purchase was even worse. I bought a Rick and Morty complete set to get the snowball figure. You would also receive a free figure for every so many purchased. When I received the package months after I had seen them and Walmart, Toys R Us and Amazon among other retail stores the items in the Box were in terrible condition. All of the items bent, plastic crushed and some packages missing their stickers. Horrible condition. And to top it off, the two free figures promised when you purchased a certain amount we're not in the shipping box. Both orders from toy wiz that I received were unacceptable. I will never purchase from them again. Don't be fooled, ToyWiz does not = quality, customer service or good business.

"I had had stuff ordered for me from this site 10 years ago so when my girlfriend was going to gift me some Yugioh cards I bought from here and Troll and Toad. I think the layout of how to find different sets and packs is easy on this site. I was extremely happy with the service they give. You get a well laid confirmation email that for me was linked through ups. I had my tracking easily there. They called the next day to confirm my order and double check my info being correct. I know lots of online horror stories of people having moved or details being mixed up so I appreciated this. The ups service was very good with updating the 7 updates of my packages process. I live in Alberta Canada. My shipping was 30 dollars for 100 us dollars worth of product which was 3 15 dollar starter decks and just over 10 more costly cards. The prices for those items were below what I saw on other sites. The30 dollars for shipping plus 15 for duties is a cost to consider. Price aside my order came within two days which made me extremely happy. It was packaged in a cardboard box with typical packing bubble wrap and air buffers. A difference I liked between Troll and Toad and Toywiz was, Toywiz uses a thicker protection clear material for your cards which is a nice detail I appreciated when comparing. The shipping price is the big thing I would consider but quality was there for the product itself. Very happy with my cards."

"I ordered 6 McFarlene Stranger Things figures from ToyWiz that arrived damaged. The damaged was caused by very minimal packing materials in the box that allowed the figures to shake back and forth during delivery. I contacted ToyWiz customer service who responded with a copy and paste of one of their store policies and claimed that the damage was minor shelf. Which is far from reality. They told me I could send the items back but I would have to cover all shipping costs. Avoid this company and go with a much better company like Entertainment Earth."

"There was a listing to a hot toys boba fett. this item was in preorder. It was unusually cheap, but still over $100. I thought maybe it was a thing so they could get their name out there, but they claim it was an Error even though they had one listed for 133 and a deluxe version listed for 166. now that's 2 mistakes. Had only one been under 200 i would have ignored it and been like Oh that's an obvious mistake, but havimg both listed at the price is the reason i thought ,"Well damn that's a good deal." Now I'm just upset...Yeah you goofed up, but we didn't. There's 3 different groups on facebook who do saw this deal, and now know Toywiz is not a company who will keep their word. There's also 4 or 5 toy reviewers on youtube who i know were just denied this great offer too. You should honor you deal You made a mistake, but we didn't. we thought maybe someone was finally cutting us a break on our expensive collectables. Plus they sent a letter saying they were not allowed to sell for under what the company asked them too. which i know is a lie, because believe it or not i've got hot toys from walmart for Way below asking price. There's pleanty of companies who often have good deals. over the winter there was an online toy store selling luke skywalker who costs 240 on sale for 160...i know you can sell them for whatever you want YOU just don't want to own up to your mistakes. It's honestly very upsetting. It's rude to get people's hopes up. I feel like an idiot, because i was telling everyone in my groups what a great price they had and how they should check out the site. They told me i was stupid and are laughing at me because this happened. I feel betrayed. I'm an adult who has no friend's and no love prospects because of my Severe Mental Issues. I just post on toy groups. now i feel like i can't even be part of that anymore, because i believed you. I've had people making fun of me my whole life. i thought i finally found some acceptance in these groups, but now they're laughing at me. I know this mean nothing to you too so i don't why i even bothered, but this choice hurt me more than you can ever realize. "
